Sell Fries! is a Roblox survival game about running a fast-food fry shop while something hunts you after dark. You spend the daylight hours turning potatoes into fries for cash, pour that money into automation, and dig through a giant potato pile for a key hidden inside one of the spuds. When night falls at 8 p.m., anomalies start showing up at your window and in the lot outside, and the job turns into staying alive until morning.
Quick answer: Search through the potato pile to uncover the hidden key; use it on the locked basement hatch. Keep the sales cycle going to earn cash, automate the kitchen, and get through every 8 p.m. night by shutting the shutter and dealing with anomalies.

The core fry-selling loop
Every run starts the same way. You pick a team, sit through a short countdown, and spawn at your own fry shop. From there, one full sale follows four stations in order.

Early sales pay roughly 20 to 22 cash, and by mid-run a single large order can top 1,000 under a cash boost. Customer patience runs out after about 50 seconds, so an unfinished order is a lost sale. Fry a larger handful while the customer is still waiting and sell it all in one go.

Add to Google Preferences →Upgrade order to automate your kitchen
The Shop on the kitchen wall sells both machine upgrades and tool upgrades. Automation is what lets you stop manually running potatoes and start focusing on serving, shopping, and surviving the night. Buy in dependency order so each machine builds on the last.
| Upgrade | Cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Conveyor | $60 | Rolls potatoes straight into the building |
| Auto Peeler | $500 | Ends hand peeling |
| Potato Robots | $1,000 | Auto-collect potatoes onto the conveyor |
| Auto Fryer | $6,000 | Cooks peeled potatoes automatically |
| Fries Shooter | $12,000 | Auto-serves customers at the window |
Buy the Conveyor first, since it is the foundation for everything else. It pairs with the Robot Helpers upgrade found outside next to the potato pile, which spawns robots that gather potatoes and drop them onto the belt without you lifting a finger. You can still toss in extra potatoes yourself to push production faster. Follow with the Auto Peeler and Auto Fryer to automate the rest of the prep, then add the Fries Shooter so orders go out on their own.
For carrying tools, prioritize the Vacuum early and keep upgrading it. The basic Bucket holds 3 potatoes for $100, the Vacuum sucks up 8 for $1,000, and the Golden Vacuum holds 20 for $9,800 (or 54 gems) from the street shop. More capacity per trip means far less back-and-forth and a much smoother workflow.
The Window Fries Shooter also doubles as a defense. It automatically fires fries at window anomalies to drive them off, so you do not have to slam the shutter every time. Keep it reloaded. If it runs dry while you are busy elsewhere, the anomaly will get in.
The Shop Clock skips the night straight to morning, which means your free morning upgrade choices arrive sooner. Grab Potato Robots and the Cash Boost upgrade as mid-run buys to raise both throughput and income.

Street shop items: Flamethrower and Money Potion
During the day, a notice announces that the shop on the opposite side of the street is open. Its stock varies from day to day and features items across different rarity levels. Save up before crossing, since Legendary gear such as the Flamethrower may be available.
The Flamethrower burns through the potato pile, depleting it so the hidden key surfaces faster. Burned potatoes are not wasted either; each torched pile converts into cash. Drink the Money Potion ($13,000, 1.5x cash multiplier) before you start burning so the payout is as large as possible.
Crossing the road is lethal. Getting hit by a car is a game over, so watch traffic every single time you move between the shop and the potato piles.
Daily perks and how to pick them
Survive a night and the next morning hands you a set of perks to choose from. Three options are straightforward upgrades, such as faster movement or more health. The fourth is usually stronger but comes with a catch, like doubled nighttime earnings at the cost of more frequent anomalies, or a big health boost that slows you down.
- Walk Faster — move 15% faster.
- Sticky Hands — keep your potatoes if you get hit.
- Night Bonus — +25% cash at night.
- Growing Cash — earn +10% more each day.
- Robot Boss — robots work 25% faster.
- Tough but Slow — +100 max health, but walk 25% slower.
Pick More Health while you are still learning a run, or a faster fryer perk once you want raw output. The cursed trade-off perks are worth it only if you are confident you can handle the extra chaos.

Best classes in Sell Fries!
In the lobby you will find a Classes station where you spin for one of seven archetypes. Each spin costs 25 Gems, and you get one free ad-based spin per day; Gems come from clearing the game, so you cannot buy a specific class. The rarer the tier, the stronger the class.
| Class | Rarity | Drop rate | Money boost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dishwasher | Common | 40% | +5% |
| Peeler | Uncommon | 28% | +10% |
| Runner | Rare | 16% | +15% |
| Fry Cook | Epic | 10% | +25% |
| Head Chef | Legendary | 4.5% | +40% |
| Fry Tycoon | Mythic | 1.3% | +40% |
| Potato King | Divine | 0.2% | +100% |
Potato King is the top prize. It starts you with 1,000 Cash, a Vacuum, a Money Potion, and a Cross, gives the whole team +50% money and +3 speed, saves a teammate from death once per day, and its active ability wipes all monsters, revives the team, and triples sales.
Fry Tycoon is the realistic high-end target. It opens with 500 Cash, a Vacuum, a Cola, and a Cross, hands you 25% interest on your cash each morning, and its ability pays 5x money for 20 seconds.
Fry Cook is the most attainable bonus class worth chasing at a 10% drop rate. It raises your gem earning rate by 10%, makes you immune to hot oil, gives a 50% chance to fry double, and can instantly finish cooking while doubling the output.

All anomalies and how to counter them
Anomalies begin appearing at 8 p.m. When you are outside after dark, a filter slowly creeps over the screen as a warning; linger too long and something comes after you. Keep frying and selling through the night, but respond to each threat fast.
| Anomaly | What it does | Counter |
|---|---|---|
| Window Anomaly | A dark figure stands at the window asking for fries | Close the shutter fast, or let the Fries Shooter drive it off |
| RUN INSIDE! | A shadowy entity chases you while you are outside | Get back into the kitchen and stay away from doors for a few seconds |
| Potato-eating Monster | A creature munches potatoes on the conveyor | Hold the interact button until it is scared off |
| THE GIANT! | A huge monster casts damaging beams marked by ground circles | Finish outdoor tasks between casts; dodge out of any circle you are in |
| Power out | Everything goes dark and the power box needs fixing | Go to the lit power box and connect the sequence of wires |
| Stuck Robot Helper | A robot freezes and stops working | Interact with the robot to free it |
Some nights throw multiple events at once, and the ghost count tends to grow each following night. Running solo is demanding because you are juggling the shop and the key hunt at the same time, so a teammate makes survival much easier.
Finding the key and finishing the run
The key is the win condition, and the game flags it with a “Find the key — it’s hidden in a potato” objective. There are two documented ways it turns up.

You will know it worked when the YOU WIN! summary screen appears with your run stats and a reward of 100 gems. Pour those gems back into class spins, and your next run starts stronger.
