Shinku arrives in Neverness to Everness with five extra outfits on top of her default look. Two of them cost nothing beyond time and gameplay, one comes from her gacha banner, and the remaining pair sit in the Fashion Shop behind the game’s paid Riftcrystal currency.
Quick answer: Labyrinth Lily and Normie Heroine are free (Bond Level 10 and 8,000 Mystery Buttons from the 999 Nights mode). Student of Terrasea drops from Shinku’s banner or unlocks at 200 pulls. Dawn Patrol costs 1,680 Riftcrystals and Dragon Hunter costs 2,680 Riftcrystals during version 1.2.

Two outfits cost no currency at all. One rewards steady daily interaction, and the other rewards time spent in a permanent event mode, so neither disappears when version 1.2 wraps up.
Labyrinth Lily (Bond Level 10)
Labyrinth Lily is a home-style outfit tied to Shinku’s affection level. You raise her Bond by gifting her up to three items per day and interacting with her regularly. Once her Bond hits Level 10, the costume becomes claimable at no cost.
To speed this up, prioritise gifts she likes. Puka Chocoa Ellie Tour Special, Gigafluff Absolute Flower, and Golden Spring all push her affection higher per gift than generic items.

Normie Heroine (999 Nights mode)
Normie Heroine is a casual daily-wear look earned through the 999 Nights RPG game mode. You need 8,000 Mystery Buttons, the event’s own currency, to redeem it. Because 999 Nights is a permanent mode rather than a limited event, you can still grind the currency and claim the outfit after version 1.2 ends.
Student of Terrasea (gacha banner)
Student of Terrasea is a school-themed outfit locked to Shinku’s limited-time banner in the version 1.2 update. There are two ways to get it. It can drop randomly as you pull, or it unlocks automatically once you reach 200 total pulls on her banner.
The 200-pull milestone counter resets when her banner closes, so claim it before the banner rotates out if you are close to the threshold.
Paid Shinku skins in the Fashion Shop
The two remaining outfits sit in the Mall and require Riftcrystals, the paid currency. To reach them, pause the game, open the Mall section, and head to the Fashion Shop tab.
Dawn Patrol (1,680 Riftcrystals)
Dawn Patrol is Shinku’s summer special outfit. During version 1.2 it costs 1,680 Riftcrystals in the Fashion Shop. After the version concludes, the price climbs to 2,480 Riftcrystals, so buying early saves you the difference.
Dragon Hunter (2,680 Riftcrystals)
Dragon Hunter is her premium fantasy combat outfit and the most feature-packed of the set. It costs 2,680 Riftcrystals during version 1.2 and includes special visual effects that apply to her gameplay animations and to the new Draco motorcycle. Once version 1.2 ends, the price rises to 3,280 Riftcrystals.

If your goal is to spend nothing, focus on Bond Level 10 for Labyrinth Lily and the Mystery Button grind for Normie Heroine, since both stay available long term. The two Fashion Shop outfits are the only ones on a real deadline, because their discounted 1,680 and 2,680 Riftcrystal prices are tied to the version 1.2 window and go up afterward.
