Silent Hill: Townfall – How to Find the Required Medication (The Patient)

Once both X-rays are pinned to the board in Part 3: The Patient, Dr. Glenn stops asking questions and starts asking for drugs. Zoe needs three specific doses from three separate rooms of St. Amelia Medical Center, and the Otherworld has filled the corridors between them with monsters. Every other medicine you pick up in the building is filler.

Quick answer: Grab 11mg Tensobromide from the Pharmacy Store, 2.5mg Dextracylate from Bay 6 upstairs, and 3mg Hydroxalene from the Records Room (code 2605), then set the pump rates to 8, 15, and 7.

All three sit within a short loop of the Surgery room, so there is no need to clear the whole hospital. Pull up the St. Amelia Medical Centre map from the Operating Room wall before you leave, since the Records Room is not signposted from the corridor.

Fastest collection route from the Surgery room

Leave the Surgery room, take the immediate right, then head left up the corridor to the Pharmacy Store. It sits across from Consult Room C, next to the Treatment Room, and the green case inside holds the 11mg Tensobromide. Check the ground-floor map if you lose your bearings.

Backtrack past the Surgery, go left into the Chapman Ward ground floor, and take the staircase up. Head north on the first floor to Bay 6 and interact with the medicine dispenser to the left of the hospital bed for the 2.5mg Dextracylate.

Enter the Office across from Bay 6, located in the northwest corner by the Private Ward. A note inside provides the Records Room keypad code; the game may not accept it until you read the note.

Go back downstairs to the Chapman Ward, find the Records Room in the northwest corner, and enter 2605 on the keypad. Open the metal cabinet inside to collect the 3mg Hydroxalene, the last of the three.

Keypad codes in Townfall are not always identical between runs, so read the Office note rather than assuming 2605 before you type it.

Dealing with monsters during the medication run

A monster patrols the corridor outside the Pharmacy Store. Throw a bottle to pull it away, or use the plank found in the same area.
Another roams the Chapman Ward first floor near Bay 6, with plenty of bottles nearby to distract it.
Nothing follows you into the Surgery room, so the room with the patient is a safe place to work through the pump inputs.
The phone in the room near Reception doubles as a save point, and the Pharmacy Store is close enough to make it a convenient checkpoint.

Correct pump rates for the 88kg patient

The bedside whiteboard gives the patient’s weight as 88 Kg, directing you to column three in the Medication Dosage Table on the computer. Use only those three numbers.

Load a syringe into one of the three small terminals surrounding the patient’s bed. Each dispenser takes one drug, and the order you fill them in does not matter.

Press “set rate” on that dispenser and enter the number from the table above for whichever drug you just loaded. Confirm with the tick, then press “ready pump”.

Apply the same process to the last two dispensers. Then go to the pump station beside the bed on its left side and press the start button to initiate the infusion.

How to confirm the medication step is complete

You know the three doses have registered correctly when the pumps run and Dr. Glenn moves the objective on, handing you a phone number instead of another dosage request. That number is 5353 for Hospital Storage. If nothing happens at the pump station, one of the rates is wrong, so re-check each dispenser against the third column of the dosage table.

From there, the chapter hands you its next errand. Dial 5353 from the phone in the room to the right of the Surgery, near Reception, and the man who answers switches on the elevator opposite. Ride it down to the Victoria Ward Basement, work through the corridor to Storage for the Medical Intubation Kit, and bring it back to the bed to start the intubation sequence that closes out St. Amelia Medical Center.
