Silent Hill Townfall: How to Get the Medical Intubation Kit

The Medical Intubation Kit is the final item Zoe needs to finish the operation in Part 3: The Patient, set inside St. Amelia Medical Center. It is not hidden behind a code or a combination lock, but it does sit behind a phone call, and the elevator that reaches it stays switched off until that call is made.

Quick answer: Dial 5353 on the reception phone to have Hospital Storage turn on the elevator, ride it down to B, then take the kit from the shelves in the basement Storage room.

The basement holds eight rooms with documents and pickups, but only the Storage room matters for the operation. Everything else down there is optional.

Unlock the elevator by calling 5353

The kit only becomes reachable after the medication stage of the puzzle is done. Once the three doses are loaded into the infusion pumps and started, Dr Glenn asks for the patient to be intubated and hands over the number for Hospital Storage.

Leave the operating room through the double doors and head into the nearby office with the desk phone. It is the same save room area just around the corner from the patient.

Interact with the telephone and dial 5353. The man at Hospital Storage answers, says he knows what the surgery needs, and switches the elevator on for you.

Step back out into the hallway and press the elevator call button. The elevator sits close to the phone room, roughly straight ahead as you leave it.

The elevator is not marked on the floor map, so follow the directional wall signs rather than hunting for an icon.

Basement route to the Storage room

Get inside the elevator and press the B button on the panel. That takes you down to the Victoria Ward Basement.

When the doors open, work your way along the dim hallways until you reach the room signed as Storage. Ignore the surrounding rooms unless you want the extra documents and pickups.

Inside Storage, squeeze through the narrow gap between the shelving units. The kit is on the other side, resting on a shelf.

Interact with the kit to collect it. The inspection view opens with the item description confirming it is used to help patients breathe.

How to confirm the kit worked

Take the elevator back up and return to the surgery room where the patient is still lying on the table. Approach him and choose the intubate prompt to start the procedure.

The minigame asks you to move the analog stick until the on-screen circle turns red and shakes hard, then hold that position while Dr Glenn talks you through the next instruction. Repeat until he stops giving directions.

When the procedure finishes, The Patient puzzle is complete, the St. Amelia Medical Center chapter closes out, and control returns to Simon.
