Slap Battles: How to Get the Pool Noodle Glove and Return to Sender Badge

The Pool Noodle Glove is the headline addition in the newest Slap Battles update, and it does not unlock by grinding slaps. Instead, you have to earn the Return to Sender badge by completing a specific chain of events during a single match, then equip the glove from your collection.

Quick answer: Get the Return to Sender badge by triggering a set player-versus-player sequence in one attempt without respawning. Once the badge appears, the Pool Noodle Glove (Power 48, Noodle Spike ability) becomes available to equip.

How to unlock the Return to Sender badge

The badge is a scripted requirement, so the actions must happen in the correct order during the same attempt. If you respawn or something breaks the chain, you start again from the beginning. A private server with a few helpers makes this far quicker than waiting for the right gloves to appear in a public match, because you need other players holding specific gloves.

Two different unlock sequences are in circulation, and the exact trigger is not fully settled across the community. Both are set up the same way in a private server, so it is worth having a group ready to try either one.

Method 1: Reflect a Beach Ball back at its user

Join a private server with at least one other player. Have that player equip the Beach Ball glove from the inventory Gloves tab.

Stand a reasonable distance away, then ask them to activate the Beach Ball ability so the ball travels toward you at high speed. The distance matters because the ball needs enough momentum.
Slap the incoming Beach Ball straight back toward the player who launched it. If the reflected ball connects with the original Beach Ball user, the Return to Sender badge unlocks. Miss and you simply repeat the throw.

Method 2: Knockoff, then Trap, then Beatdown

Let a player using the Knockoff glove hit you once. Do not attack back and do not reset afterward.
Step into a Trap set by a player using the Trap glove so your character loses its legs. Confirm your legs are actually gone before moving on.
While still missing your legs, let a Beatdown user hit you with their ability. If every earlier step landed in order, the Return to Sender badge is awarded.

How to confirm the badge worked

You will see the Return to Sender badge register on your account, and the Pool Noodle Glove pedestal, which reads “OWN THE ‘???’ BADGE” until then, becomes unlockable. If the badge does not appear, the most common causes are simple.

  • The steps were done out of order.
  • You respawned or reset between steps.
  • A required action did not fully register, such as a Trap that failed to remove your legs.

Note: newly released gloves cannot be trialed until two weeks after their release, so unlocking the badge is the direct path to using the Pool Noodle Glove early.

Pool Noodle Glove stats and ability

After the badge unlocks, open your collection, equip the Pool Noodle Glove, and start using it. Its base stats and unlock requirement are below.

Noodle Spike activates with E. While the ability is active, pressing E again switches your camera perspective, letting you control the glove from different angles rather than the standard view. The glove also carries a passive called One Man’s Army, where your character fights with a single oversized arm that stretches roughly five studs long and swings as you move, with its own animations. That gives it a very different feel from standard slap-focused gloves.

SPL4SH code and other update additions

The update ships with a working code. Redeem it inside the game as soon as you can, since Roblox codes often expire without warning.

Beyond the glove and code, the update adds a new Emote Shop to the Shop interface, where you can buy emotes using Null Shards for extra customization. It also brings a wide set of balance changes, with some gloves buffed and others nerfed or reworked, plus a batch of bug fixes aimed at smoother, more stable play. If you main a particular glove, it is worth checking the patch notes to see how it has changed.

For glove collectors, the Pool Noodle Glove is a worthwhile pickup mainly for its unusual setup and animations. It may not top competitive picks, but the Noodle Spike perspective shift and the One Man’s Army passive make it stand apart, and clearing the Return to Sender badge is a good first goal once you have logged into the new update.
