A clan in Slayers 2 is not a cosmetic surname. It changes your stat line, hands you active skills and passives, and in most cases leans hard into one Breathing Style, Blood Demon Art, or race. The launch roster runs to 41 clans, and the gap between a Common surname and a Supreme one is large enough to reshape how you fight.
Quick answer: Keep Kamado if you are playing Demon, since Sun Immunity frees up the accessory slot you would otherwise spend on sun protection. Keep Rengoku if you are playing Slayer, for the strongest offensive stat line and burn passives.
Slayers 2 clan roll rates and spin costs
Clans are rolled with spins, bought with either Robux or Ore. The published odds cover the rarity tier, not any single clan inside that tier, so hitting Mythic does not mean hitting the specific Mythic you wanted.
| Rarity | Roll chance |
|---|---|
| Common | 60% |
| Uncommon | 23% |
| Rare | 12% |
| Legendary | 4% |
| Mythic | 0.9% |
| Supreme | 0.1% |
| Bundle | Robux | Ore |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Spin | 5 | 1 |
| 15 Spins | 60 | 6 |
| 25 Spins | 90 | 9 |
| 50 Spins | 150 | 15 |
At 0.1% for Supreme, chasing Kamado or Rengoku is a long project. Ore is the free-to-play route, which makes it worth hoarding rather than burning on early rerolls.

Add to Google Preferences →Supreme clans: Kamado, Rengoku, Soyama and Uzui
Kamado is the Demon pick and the most flexible clan overall. It carries +175 Max Health and +130 Max Stamina on top of the highest tier of movement speed, cooldown reduction, and damage reduction. Indomitable Will works as a combo extender, Headbutt forces openings through guard, and Combat Intuition converts damage taken into extra offense. The decisive part is Sun Immunity plus Demon regeneration, which lets a Demon walk around in daylight without spending a gear slot on it.
Rengoku is the Slayer answer and the highest damage clan in the game. Heart of Blaze burns anyone who attacks you for 2% of their max health per second, while the Ignition passive adds fire tick damage to the first M1 of every new combo string. It also takes reduced Flame damage and ignores Indomitable Will, so the other top clans lose their free combo extender against it. Master Swordsman keeps Katana progression moving.
Soyama and Uzui round out the Supreme picks. Soyama pairs a free counter with a large damage factor, Combat Intuition, and Bell Splitter, which stuns, slows, and weakens on a successful punish. Uzui is the utility option: a 20% damage mark through Enhanced Hearing, Musical Score for perfectly blocking a learned skill, Vital Draw for a randomized heal or buff, poison conversion, and a +25% Quest EXP bonus.
Rengoku’s damage reflection and Kamado’s Combat Intuition both reward getting hit. Neither is a substitute for blocking in endgame PvP, where avoiding damage outright still wins fights.
Mythic clan stats and skills
All six Mythic clans share the same baseline: +3% Additional Damage Factor, +10% Stamina Regen Speed, +5% Movement Speed, and +3% Dash Speed. Health, stamina, and cooldown reduction are where they split.
| Clan | Max Health | Max Stamina | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agatsuma | +100 | +100 | +12% |
| Douma | +125 | +100 | +10% |
| Himejima | +150 | +100 | +10% |
| Iguro | +100 | +100 | +10% |
| Shinazugawa | +100 | +100 | +10% |
| Tamayo | +100 | +100 | +10% |
Agatsuma
Sleepless Nights wraps you in a thunder aura for +20% thunder damage along with extra dash speed and cooldown reduction. Enhanced Hearing fires a circular shockwave that marks everyone it touches with a golden aura, making them take 20% more damage for 10 seconds. Dropping below 60% health triggers another damage and stamina regeneration spike, and the clan adds +25% Quest EXP Factor on top. With Thunder Breathing it is a top-tier pick; without it, you are mostly paying for the mark.

Douma
Douma is the defensive duelist. Ice Perception automatically dodges three incoming attacks, skills, or M1s, and Speed Reflex leaves a clone you can teleport back to within 12 seconds, shaking off any stun or knockdown in the process. It also grants immunity to the cold region and 25% mastery for your Blood Demon Art and weapon, which is the fastest BDA mastery bonus available to a Demon.

Himejima
The tankiest Mythic, with the highest health pool of the six plus extra Block Points and Block Regen. Stone Skin makes attackers hurt themselves on M1s while handing you damage reduction, movement speed, and regeneration at the same time. It runs the same Enhanced Hearing damage mark as Agatsuma, and Repetitive Action turns skill damage into stacking M1 damage, so alternating abilities and basic attacks is the intended loop.

Iguro
Built for Serpent and poison builds. Kaburamaru is a long-range homing serpent that applies poison, chips percentage max health, and binds targets at close range, which makes it useful against bosses and squishier players alike. Flash Step vanishes you and flies in the camera’s direction for 1.5 seconds, and Serpent’s Wrath mode adds a +15% serpent damage factor. The movement speed bonus is the largest among clans, so Iguro dictates spacing.

Shinazugawa
Nominally the Wind clan, but it does not lean on Wind hard enough to lock you in. Wind Storm mode grants +20% wind damage, while Toxic Flesh spends your own health to apply poison to M1 attacks. The reason to keep it is the wider package: general damage bonuses, poison tools, and chunky weapon mastery and Quest EXP boosts that speed up progression regardless of the style you settle on.

Tamayo
The support outlier, and the weakest Mythic for solo play because it has no passives to fall back on. Pharmaceutical Skills drops a healing ring that restores 20% max health and resets cooldowns once per person, which is genuinely strong in a party boss fight. Demon Coercion is a quick jab that holds a target and applies a -20% damage debuff, and Illusionary Blood puts out a purple aura that drains the stats, stamina, and block of anyone attacking you. Everything requires you to land the skill.

Legendary and Rare clans worth keeping
Rarity is not the ranking. Several Legendary and Rare clans beat a mismatched Mythic if they line up with what you are actually playing.
- Kocho (Legendary): The best poison clan. Full poison immunity, poison and Insect damage buffs, and debuffs attached to its skills. It needs Insect Breathing to hit its ceiling.
- Shabana (Legendary): Group Demon play. Its Blood Demon Zone buffs you and nearby allies, and Blood Poison gives it an offensive threat when you are solo.
- Tomioka (Legendary): Resets two skill cooldowns, with the rest of the kit tied to Water Breathing.
- Ubuyashiki (Legendary): An off-meta option with a block-ignoring skill, a summon, a detonate, and EXP and drop bonuses, but no damage boosts.
- Urokodaki (Rare): Extra Water damage, faster Water mastery, cheaper stamina costs, and damage reduction plus night vision while wearing a mask.
- Yahaba (Rare): Worth holding onto early purely for the Arrow Manipulation combo extender.
Sabito and Makomo are further Water options and land below Urokodaki, while Susumaru only makes sense on a Tamari build. Uncommon clans at least carry Family Bond passives; Common clans are pure stats and nothing else.
Best clan for each Breathing Style and Demon Art
| Build | Clan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Thunder | Agatsuma | +20% thunder damage, mobility |
| Flame / Katana | Rengoku | Burn output, top damage factor |
| Wind | Shinazugawa | Wind mode plus progression boosts |
| Serpent | Iguro | Serpent’s Wrath, poison, speed |
| Insect / poison | Kocho | Poison immunity and buffs |
| Water | Urokodaki or Tomioka | Water damage or cooldown resets |
| Sound | Uzui | Damage mark, Musical Score block |
| Stone / tank melee | Himejima | Stone Skin, block stats |
| Demon (any) | Kamado | Sun Immunity, Demon regeneration |
| Group Demon | Shabana | Zone buff for the party |
When rerolling is worth the spins
Decide your main damage source first, then read the full clan entry before you spend anything. A clan is worth keeping when its perk, passive, and mode all touch the thing you do most often, whether that is questing, boss farming, or duelling. If two of the three do nothing for you, it is a reroll candidate no matter how rare the surname looks.
Test before you commit. Run the clan through normal quests, one boss, and a group activity, because some passives are built for consistency rather than obvious burst. Spend playtime spins and codes first and keep Ore in reserve, since it doubles as a flexible currency for account adjustments.
Reroll only when the replacement improves several activities at once. Trading a specialist that fits your Breathing Style for a generically strong clan you never build around is a downgrade in practice.
Placements will move as the meta settles, particularly for clans whose value depends on styles that get buffed or nerfed. For now, the safe floor is simple: Demons take Kamado, Slayers take Rengoku, and everyone else keeps the Mythic or Legendary that matches the style they already enjoy playing.
