Springwave Pavilion is a multi-floor bathhouse located in the Velvet Shade district of Kaifeng City in Where Winds Meet. It serves as a social hub, a scenic spot challenge location, and the setting for the Tiny Adventure questline. Many players struggle to find it on the map because it sits inside the dense urban layout of Kaifeng rather than out in the open world.
Quick answer: Springwave Pavilion is in Kaifeng City’s Velvet Shade area. Teleport to the Velvet Shade landmark or the Springwave Pavilion Boundary Stone, then follow the quest marker or head toward the large bathhouse structure nearby.
Springwave Pavilion Map Location
The fastest way to reach Springwave Pavilion is to open your map, look for the Kaifeng City region, and locate the Velvet Shade landmark. The Springwave Pavilion Boundary Stone sits very close to this landmark. If you have already discovered the Boundary Stone, you can teleport directly to it. Otherwise, teleport to Velvet Shade and walk a short distance until you see the tall, ornate bathhouse building. The pavilion itself is a three-story structure with hot spring pools on each floor.

Springwave Pavilion plays a central role in the Exploration Quest called Tiny Adventure: Part II. To unlock it, you must first complete Tiny Adventure: Part I. After finishing Part I, wait for a letter from Elder Zhan titled “Seven Rare Treasures Have Emerged” to appear in your messages. You may need to skip some in-game time before the letter arrives. Reading it starts the quest.

Springwave Pavilion Scenic Spot Challenge and Social Activities
Outside of the Tiny Adventure questline, Springwave Pavilion functions as a multiplayer social space. Several achievements and activities take place here, and they require cooperation with other players.

Bathing for the “Refreshed” buff: Sit in one of the baths (press Q on PC to sit) and have another player use a bath ingredient on you. The ingredient can be picked up from the food table in the back corner of the pavilion or on the third floor. You must be sitting in the bath, not on a massage table, for this to count.
Earning tips through massages: To complete the tip-related achievement, you need to massage another player. After the massage, the person you massaged must manually click the tip option that appears in their chat or message interface. Simply receiving the “Good techniques!” pop-up is not enough — the recipient has to actively send the tip. This is a common point of confusion, so coordinating with friends or using nearby chat to explain the process helps significantly.

Golden Guest (10 consecutive days): This achievement requires visiting and completing activities at Springwave Pavilion for ten days in a row. The tip mechanic is part of this chain, so make sure you have a cooperative partner each day.

Nearby Locations Worth Knowing
Two other locations that players commonly search for alongside Springwave Pavilion are the Bustling Abode and Grace Pavilion. The Bustling Abode is tucked into the left corner of the Kaifeng City map and can be easy to miss. Grace Pavilion’s location can be revealed by speaking with a specific NPC in the city — look for a female NPC who provides directions when you interact with her. Both locations are within Kaifeng’s urban area, relatively close to Springwave Pavilion itself.
Springwave Pavilion packs a surprising amount of content into a single building. Between the stealth quest, the scenic spot challenge, and the cooperative social achievements, you will likely return here multiple times throughout your time in Kaifeng. Getting familiar with its three-floor layout early makes every subsequent visit smoother.
