A full breakdown of all 31 two-in-one Secret units, their cost, passive income, and which ones you can still unlock.

A full breakdown of all 31 two-in-one Secret units, their cost, passive income, and which ones you can still unlock.

Duo Brainrots pack two characters or matching objects into a single collectible, and every one of them sits in the Secret rarity tier. That makes them among the most valuable base units in Steal a Brainrot, with passive income that runs from tens of millions to hundreds of millions per second. The catch is availability. Many duos were tied to seasonal fuses, craft machines, or lucky blocks that have since closed, so only a handful can be picked up right now.

Quick answer: Every Duo Brainrot is Secret rarity. The ones you can still obtain are Ketchuru and Musturu, Garama and Madundung, Burguro and Fryuro, and Rubiko and Kubiko from the Red Carpet, plus Los Amigos (Los Taco Blocks), Los Primos, Coco and Mango (Summer Fuse), and Moby Bros (Los Traders). All others are currently out of stock or locked behind retired machines.

What a Duo Brainrot is

A Duo Brainrot is a Secret-rarity unit that shows two things joined together. Some are food pairings, like ketchup and mustard or burgers and fries. Others are named “bros” or Spanish-styled groups such as Los Amigos and Los Primos. Because they all share the Secret tier, they generate far more passive cash per second than Common through Brainrot God units when placed in your base.

There are 31 Duo Brainrots introduced so far, spread across food themes, holiday events, aquatic sets, and machine-only crafts. The way you get one depends entirely on which system it belongs to. Red Carpet duos spawn and can be bought directly, while machine and event duos required a specific fuse, craft, or block that may no longer be active.

Duo Brainrots you can still get

Only eight duos are currently unlockable. Four of them appear on the Red Carpet, which means you can purchase them outright when they show up. The rest come from active blocks, fuses, or traders.

How each source works

The status column above maps to a handful of delivery systems. Knowing which one applies tells you whether a duo is a simple purchase or gone for now.

  • Red Carpet: The unit spawns and can be bought directly when it appears. Ketchuru and Musturu, Garama and Madundung, Burguro and Fryuro, and Rubiko and Kubiko all come this way.
  • Los Traders and Los Taco Blocks: Trader-based and Taco event rewards, source of Moby Bros and Los Amigos respectively.
  • Fuse Machines: Seasonal fuses such as the Summer Fuse, Witch Fuse, Santa’s Fuse, and the 2026 Fuse Machine created many duos. Only the Summer Fuse’s Coco and Mango is currently active.
  • Craft and Cyber Craft Machines: These produced Los Bros, Las Sis, Gym Bros, Money Money Bros, Duggy Bros, and Kalika Bros, all now closed.
  • Lucky Blocks: Holiday blocks like the Heart Lucky Block and Leprechaun Lucky Block dropped Rosey and Teddy and Fortunu and Cashuru during their events.

Why most duos are locked

The out-of-stock and retired-machine tags are the reason a completed duo collection is so hard. Event fuses and craft machines rotate out when their season ends, and limited-quantity spawns like W or L and Chipso and Queso simply run dry. Once a source closes, the only way to add that duo is to steal it from another player who still owns one, or wait for a possible return of that machine or event.

No official return window for the retired duos is currently confirmed. For now, focus your money on the eight obtainable units. Los Primos and Coco and Mango are the most affordable entries, while Moby Bros and Burguro and Fryuro deliver the strongest income if you can bank the billions to buy them.
