Steal a Brainrot: How to Use the Los Traders and Get All Six Secret Brainrots

Where the Los Traders stand, what each Secret brainrot costs to trade in, and how the shared 30-minute stock works.

The Los Traders let you swap older brainrots for six new Secret-rarity ones in Steal a Brainrot. They sit on a raised platform in the middle of the map, right beside the Summer Fuse Machine, and their stock refreshes every 30 minutes. The catch is that the supply is shared across every server, so the rarest offers sell out fast.

Quick answer: Walk to the platform above the conveyor belt, hand over the required trade-in brainrots while the item is in stock, then defend it as it travels to your base. Because stock is global, time your visits around the 30-minute restock for the best chance at the pricier brainrots.

All six Los Traders brainrots, prices, and trade-ins

The Los Traders offer six unique brainrots, all Secret rarity. Each one has a cash cost, an income rate, and a set of brainrots you must trade in. The exact trade-in requirements can change between restocks, so treat the pairings below as the current recipes rather than fixed rules.

The 10% Phantom mutation

Every brainrot pulled from the Los Traders carries a 10% chance of arriving with the Phantom mutation. A Phantom version looks different and earns 12x the cash of the standard version. There is no way to force it, so a Phantom drop is purely luck on top of a successful trade.

How the shared stock and 30-minute restock work

Availability is the hardest part. The number of brainrots in stock at any moment is pooled across all game servers, so popular offers drain quickly. Whether a specific brainrot returns after a reset is decided by random chance, and that chance drops the rarer the brainrot is.

Because of this, you often won’t see all six offers on the board at once. If the one you want is missing or already sold out, you have to wait for the next cycle. Lining up your visits with the 30-minute replenish window gives you the best shot at the high-value entries like Los Admins and Moby Bros.

Tip: Gather your trade-in brainrots before the restock hits so you can complete the swap the instant your target appears, rather than scrambling while others buy it out.

How to complete a Los Traders trade

Head to the platform in the center of the map that overlooks the conveyor belt, next to the Summer Fuse Machine, and open the Los Traders board to see the current six offers.
Check which brainrot you want and confirm you own the exact trade-in brainrots it asks for. Since the requirements shift between restocks, verify the recipe on the board rather than relying on memory.
Hand over the trade-in brainrots to claim your new one. The brainrot then travels to your base before you fully own it, so it isn’t safe the moment the trade completes.
Stock up on cash before trading. While the brainrot is in transit it can be taken through theft or repossessed by bidding, and having money ready lets you win that makeshift auction and keep it.

Once the brainrot reaches your base and is generating income, the trade is secure. You can also move these brainrots between players later using the trade machine.

How to steal a Los Traders brainrot from another player

If you can’t buy one in time, you can try to take one from someone who already owns it. This costs no money, but success isn’t guaranteed.

Join a Steal a Brainrot server and look for another player who has a Los Traders brainrot in their base. If no one does, leave and rejoin to land in a new server until you find one.
Equip your bat or slapping hand so you can knock the owner back if they try to stop you. Mobility items like the Flying Carpet help you close the distance and catch players off guard.
Wait for the base to unlock, run inside, and hold E near the brainrot to steal it.
Sprint back to your own base immediately. Expect the owner and nearby players to chase you, so placing traps around your base beforehand helps slow them down. If you make it back untouched, the brainrot is yours, though anyone can steal it from you the same way.

Event window and what’s new

The Los Traders arrived alongside the six new Secret brainrots, with the shop stock cycling every 30 minutes. The rollout also came with a fix for trait exist counts. The launch event runs through July 14, so the current window is the fastest way to gather the trade-in brainrots while interest is high.

Grinding is worthwhile here because these are Secret-tier earners, and a lucky Phantom pull turns any of them into a much larger income source. Prepare your trade-ins early, keep cash on hand for the transit auction, and plan your visits around the restock so the rarer offers don’t slip away before you reach the platform.
