Steal an Egg’s first event world is the Halloween Dimension. It takes place on a distinct, more spacious map known as the Corrupted Realm, adding roaming monsters, pursuing ghosts, a dedicated currency, and a quest chain that concludes aboard a haunted train to the usual egg-stealing gameplay. Roblox gives the event dates as October 17 through October 24, 2026. Since the individual features have no listed end dates, complete the ones you want early.
Quick answer: Enter the portal beside the Trails Shop at spawn. Farm Candy Corn to buy the Halloween Dimension Egg for 2,250. Then finish Echo’s quest for the Phantom Express Ticket, which leads to the Spectral Mutation.

How to enter the Halloween Dimension
Join Steal an Egg on Roblox and walk to the glowing Halloween portal next to the Trails Shop at spawn. Step through it to load into the Corrupted Realm. The dimension opened after a one-time 4v4 Crystal Showdown at launch, but you don’t need to replay that match. The portal stays open, and no quest is required to enter.
Inside, the core loop is the same as the main game with a few changes. You defeat monsters for Candy Corn and grab spooky eggs scattered around the map. Then you carry those eggs back through the portal into the main world to hatch them. Ghosts chase anyone holding an egg, and a single hit knocks the egg out of your hands.
The map is built from three named biomes plus a few fixed locations:
- Graveyard: Echo the ghost dog appears here, near three mausoleums.
- Haunted Swamp: home to the Big Pumpkin Altar, Gilbert’s Hut, and the fishing pier.
- Abandoned Manor: rare eggs spawn around it, but the manor door itself is still locked.
- Safe zone: holds the return portal and the Halloween Event Shop.
- Phantom Express station: positioned on the map’s right-hand side at the train’s stopping point.
Each biome has six new pets, for 18 in total. The Pet Index tracks them under a limited “Halloween World & Event Eggs” tab, which has 23 slots.

Add to Google Preferences →How to earn Candy Corn in the Corrupted Realm
Candy Corn is the event currency, and its main use is the Halloween Dimension Egg. You can earn it in four ways:
| Source | Candy Corn |
|---|---|
| Soul Phantom | 65 |
| Pumpkin Golem | 65 |
| Chest Mimic | 28 |
| Scarecrow | 28 |
| Hollow Bat | 12 |
| Candy Corn (mob) | 12 |
| Stolen egg returned | 25–100, by rarity |
| Haunted Rod fishing | 20–40 |
| Pumpkin Collection Event win | 1,000 |
Monsters are fought with your Bat. The Soul Phantom and the Pumpkin Golem pay the most per kill, so they are the fastest targets if you are saving for the egg. The Pumpkin Golem has 500 HP, which makes each kill take longer. Stolen eggs pay based on rarity. A Legendary Hooded Gerbil returns 50, while Legendary Mimic Chest, Mythic Crowshade, and Cosmic Hexed Pumpkin eggs each return 100. Fishing requires the Haunted Rod, which you get partway through Echo’s quest.
Blood Moon and Pumpkin Collection Event
Two random events change those numbers. During a Blood Moon, the water turns red and a banner announces that everything gives x2 Candy Corn. It lasts about five minutes, so it is the best time to farm monsters and return eggs. The Pumpkin Collection Event is a competition in the Graveyard. Players catch Pumpkins, which can spawn anywhere in the dimension, and deliver them to the Pumpkin Patch. How you place decides your payout, and a win is worth 1,000 Candy Corn.

Halloween Dimension Egg price and hatch odds
The Halloween Event Shop in the safe zone sells the limited-time Halloween Dimension Egg for 2,250 Candy Corn. Each egg hatches one of five pets:
| Pet | Hatch chance |
|---|---|
| Candy Corn | 51% |
| Hollow Bat | 24% |
| Scarecrow | 18% |
| Pumpkin Golem | 6.5% |
| Soul Phantom | 0.5% |
This egg is separate from the Halloween Egg in the main Shop. That one costs Robux, starting at 99 Robux for one egg, and hatches its own pool of 12 pets, with a 1% Zombified Re-roll. Pets from the Robux egg don’t count toward the dimension’s 18 biome pets.
Echo’s Memories quest: all four item locations
Talk to Echo near the three mausoleums in the Graveyard to start Echo’s Memories. The quest tracker reads “Find the dog’s lost things (0/4),” and each item comes with a clue in Echo’s voice. Items can be picked up in any order.
| Item | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Old Collar | Past the Phantom Express platform, across the tracks, beside a tree |
| Chewed Bone | Swamp grass in front of the station, near the tracks |
| Favorite Toy (Mr. Squeaky) | Base of the Big Pumpkin Altar |
| Old Photograph | Manor gate, behind rocks by the fence and orange crystals |
The Chewed Bone is the easiest to miss because it sits low in the grass. Echo reacts with a line of dialogue each time you collect something, such as “My collar! I remember the jingle!” That is how you know the pickup registered.

How to get the Phantom Express Ticket
You only need the ticket for your first ride, and later trips don’t require a new one. The Haunted Rod keeps working afterward, both for Candy Corn and occasionally for eggs. Pier fishing can turn up a Hexed Pumpkin Egg.

Phantom Express schedule and the Spectral Mutation
The Phantom Express makes a stop at :00 and :30 each hour. After it arrives, an on-screen countdown shows how long remains to board. Ticket holders ride the train to an isolated ghost town. There, collect the Ghost Vacuum and capture spirits with it to earn Souls, also known in the game as Haunted Spirits.
| Spirit | Souls |
|---|---|
| Lost Spirit | 10 |
| Haunted Spirit | 35 |
| Vengeful Spirit | 150 |
| Ghouler (boss) | 225+ |
The Ghouler is a 900 HP boss that spawns in the area, and players attack it with their vacuums. The player who deals the most damage gets a far larger payout, with more than 1,000 Souls from a single kill. Prioritize it whenever it appears.
Bring your Souls to the Soul Extractor at the Soul Shrine. It trades 1,000 Souls for one Spectral Mutation consumable. Choose “Apply Mutation” on an egg to use it. The consumable has a 25% success chance per use, so expect to need several for a guaranteed result.
The 25% chance applies per consumable. If an attempt fails, the item is spent and you will need another 1,000 Souls to retry.

Abandoned Manor door and Halloween Part 2
The Abandoned Manor’s door is labeled “HALLOWEEN PART 2 – THE MANOR DOOR” and shows a countdown timer. At launch, that timer was set for roughly a week out. Secret Blood Moon Eggs and rare spawns like the Secret Werewolf Egg already appear around the manor grounds, but nothing behind the door can be reached yet. The game hasn’t published an exact date for the second part, so the in-game countdown on the gate is the clock to watch.
