The Wisp is a quest-giving spirit that sits inside the Enchanted Forest biome in Steal An Egg. It will not appear for everyone, and it is the only way to open the sealed Enchanted Tree, which holds the biome’s new butterfly and mutation systems. Getting it comes down to one hard requirement and three quests that must be done in a set order.

Quick answer: Build up to 50 billion Speed, travel to the Enchanted Forest, and speak with the Wisp at the yellow circle beside the recommended-speed board. Complete its quests one by one, then select Return the Wisp.

Speed requirement: 50 billion to spawn the Wisp

The Wisp appears only after your Speed reaches 50 billion. That amount unlocks the Enchanted Forest, its home biome, and is the game’s highest Speed requirement at present. If you are below the threshold, the NPC stays invisible, so there is no point searching the area yet.

An enchanted Lion protects the biome. With Speed below the requirement, it catches you before you can get to the Wisp or take an egg. To make up the difference quickly, increase your income and use it for Speed upgrades; also take advantage of Speed boosts in the current event shop and Dr. Scramble’s Experiments.

Where to find the Wisp in the Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest is the map’s last biome, past the Angels and Demons zone. Look on its right-hand side for the Wisp, standing by the recommended-speed board inside a glowing yellow circle. Its small size makes it easy to miss, while the vivid marker helps you spot it.

Walk up and interact with it. On PC, use your interaction button; on mobile, you can tap the Wisp directly. A short dialogue plays, the Wisp starts following you, and the “Grow Your Wisp” tracker opens at Stage 1 with four stages listed.

If you have 50 billion Speed but the marker still does not show, leave and rejoin the game, switch to a different server, or try a private server. The interaction can also bug out, so move closer and press the button again if the prompt does not appear.

Grow Your Wisp: The three quests in order

The tracker holds three quests that must be completed one after another. The second quest stays locked until the first is finished, and the third stays locked until the second is done. Here is what each one asks for.

QuestObjectiveCount
1Steal Enchanted Forest eggs20
2Fuse an Enchanted Forest animal1
3Steal any Eternal egg1

Quest 1: Steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs

Steal 20 eggs from the Enchanted Forest and carry them back to your base. The counter runs from 0/20, and rarity and weight do not matter. This is the same steal-and-run loop as every other biome, just at the 50 billion Speed tier. Joining a server sorted by fewest players makes this far easier, since you avoid other players grabbing the same nests.

Quest 2: Fuse an Enchanted Forest animal

Take three matching Enchanted Forest pets to the Fuse Machine near the spawn area and complete a single fusion. The counter is 0/1, so you only need one fusion, not twenty. Any three identical pets from the biome that the machine accepts will work; there is no required recipe. Three Petal Beetles, for example, fuse into a Petal Beetle Egg and satisfy the step. This quest often completes on its own while you farm eggs for Quest 1.

Quest 3: Steal any Eternal egg

To finish the chain, steal an Eternal egg from any biome, not necessarily the Enchanted Forest. These highest-tier eggs show up only in periodic spawns, and waiting for one is where most players get stuck. Watch for spawn alerts so you can grab an egg when it appears.

Return the Wisp and open the Enchanted Tree

Finishing quest three still leaves one action: reopen the Grow Your Wisp panel and select Return the Wisp. The Wisp then advances to Stage 4. Go to the Enchanted Forest again and locate the large tree behind the biome’s boss, marked by a glowing spiral and sealed door; choose Enter Enchanted Tree.

You will know it worked when the door, which previously read “The tree is sealed. Help your Wisp grow to open it!”, now offers the Enter Enchanted Tree option and lets you through.

What the Enchanted Tree contains

Inside is a secret hub tied to the Enchanted Forest. Pick up the free Butterfly Net first, since it is the tool for the Butterfly Bloom event that feeds everything else. The tree also holds a Conversion Center for trading butterflies up through their tiers and the Enchanted Mutation Shrine, where you craft Enchanted Essence to apply the new Enchanted mutation. Deeper in, there is a hidden mushroom puzzle and a secret fusion area to explore once the door is open.
