In Steal An Egg, the Enchanted Tree stands in the middle of the Enchanted Forest biome and is locked when you arrive. Its hidden chamber contains the butterfly and Enchanted Mutation systems. Access requires meeting one condition and completing a questline.
Quick answer: Have 50 billion Speed, locate Wisp in the Enchanted Forest, complete its three Grow Your Wisp quests sequentially until it reaches Stage 4, and interact with the Enchanted Tree behind the biome boss to unlock it.

Speed requirement before anything else
Entering the Enchanted Forest needs 50 billion Speed. That is the highest gate in the game, and the biome’s guardian catches you if you fall short. Wisp will not spawn for players below the threshold, so there is no way to begin the questline without hitting the number first.
If you are close to 50 billion, Speed boosts from the current event shop can push you over the line.

Once you can survive the biome, look for Wisp inside the Enchanted Forest. Its position is marked by a yellow circle on the ground, which makes the NPC easy to spot after you meet the Speed requirement. Interact with it to open the Grow Your Wisp tracker.
Wisp begins at Stage 1. Complete three quests to raise it to Stage 4, tackling them in sequence: each quest must be finished before you can start the next.
Quest 1: Steal 20 Enchanted Forest Eggs
Grab 20 Enchanted Forest Eggs from the biome and carry them back to your base. It is the same steal-and-run loop as every other zone, just at the 50 billion Speed tier.
Quest 2: Fuse an Enchanted Forest pet
Hatch three identical Enchanted Forest pets and run them through the Fuse Machine. Fusing the three matching pets clears this stage.
Quest 3: Steal an Eternal Pet
Once an Eternal Egg appears, steal it from any biome where one is available; the Enchanted Forest is not required. This step often holds players up because Eternal Eggs rank among the top-tier drops and appear only during certain spawns. Completing it advances Wisp to Stage 4.

Open the Enchanted Tree
With Wisp at Stage 4, use the Return the Wisp option and head back into the Enchanted Forest. The tree is located behind the biome’s boss. Interact with it to break the seal and open the secret area.
You know it worked when the Enter option becomes available and the room opens up. Step inside and you reach the features tied to the Enchanted Forest’s butterfly system.
What’s inside the secret room
The room holds three things: a Butterfly Net, a Conversion Center, and the Enchanted Mutation Shrine. Each one feeds into getting the Enchanted Mutation onto an Egg.
Butterfly Net and Butterfly Bloom
The room’s center holds a Butterfly Net you can take for free. Use it to catch butterflies when the Butterfly Bloom takes place in the Enchanted Forest, every 30 minutes. Butterflies spawn only for players who have unlocked the tree and claimed the net, so collect it before waiting for a bloom.
Conversion Center rates
The Conversion Center trades lower-tier butterflies up for higher ones, which is useful when you have a surplus of one color but need another for the mutation recipe. The current rates are:
| Trade in | Receive |
|---|---|
| 10 Emerald Butterflies | 1 Sapphire Butterfly |
| 10 Sapphire Butterflies | 1 Amethyst Butterfly |
| 50 Amethyst Butterflies | 1 Radiant Butterfly |

Enchanted Mutation Shrine recipe
The shrine turns butterflies into Enchanted Essence. One Essence costs:
| Butterfly | Amount |
|---|---|
| Emerald | 240 |
| Sapphire | 115 |
| Amethyst | 40 |
| Radiant | 1 |
Using the Essence on an Egg applies the Enchanted Mutation with a guaranteed result. That 100% figure is the chance the mutation lands, not an income multiplier, so treat the whole chain as a long grind toward a mutation you want to keep rather than something you gamble on a throwaway pet.
