Storage Hunters: Open World – All 29 Lost Item Locations (Roblox)

Every Lost Item spot, the Key-to-Scythe order, and the mall wall trick that most players get stuck on.

Every Lost Item spot, the Key-to-Scythe order, and the mall wall trick that most players get stuck on.

Lost Items in Storage Hunters: Open World are 29 fixed collectibles scattered across the map. None of them are random, so the only thing between you and a full set is knowing the exact spot and handling two tricky requirements. Most failed runs come from bad routing and from selling the Key before it unlocks the Scythe.

Quick answer: Grab the Key under the bridge near the Farmyard first, use it to open the Back Alley garage for the Scythe, and never sell the Key or Backpack early. Then clear all 29 items by area to avoid backtracking.

Get the Key before the Scythe

The Scythe is locked behind the Key, so this pair has to be done in order. Handle it early and the rest of the run is just parkour and camera work.

Head to the bridge near the Farmyard and the unfinished road. The Key sits under the bridge or right next to it, so check below the deck first.
Take the Key to the locked garage in the Back Alley. Equip it, open the garage, then run to the back to collect the Scythe.

Note: Do not sell the Key before using it. If you sell it by mistake, it respawns after about 12 hours, which stalls your whole collection.

Digital Alarm Clock wall glitch in the mall

The Digital Alarm Clock is the one item that stops most players. It sits behind a wall in the Shopping Mall, between the grading and cleaning service areas, and you have to push through with your car.

Drive up to the wall between grading and cleaning and park tight against it, with almost no gap.
Enter and exit the car repeatedly. The exit position keeps nudging your character, and eventually it pushes you through the wall.
Once you are on the other side, walk into the hidden space and grab the clock. If it never triggers, reposition the car even closer and change the angle slightly, since small adjustments are what make it work.

Rooftop and crane items that need a car

Several items sit on roofs or towers, and a vehicle makes the jumps far more reliable than raw parkour. A few key ones behave predictably once you know the entry point.

  • Suitcase and Acoustic Guitar: park a car next to the building and jump from the roof of the car. This is more consistent than fence hops for short or bulky avatars.
  • Flip Cell Phone and Classic Telephone: take the Shipyard crane route, cross the crane path, then drop onto the container stack or ship. Do not try to climb containers from the ground.
  • Typewriter and Jade Bracelet: use a car to start the tower climb, then take the ladder slowly, since a fall here costs more time than a careful jump.

Items you should not sell early

Two items have a purpose beyond the collection count, so hold onto them until you have used them. The safe order is to use the Key first, equip the Backpack if you want the accessory, then decide what to offload.

ItemSell?Reason
KeyNot yetUnlocks the Back Alley garage for the Scythe
BackpackNoWearable through your accessory inventory
ScytheLater, optionalKeep until your collection progress is safe
Other itemsUsually fineMainly collection pieces

Hardest Lost Items and how to beat them

ItemProblemFix
Digital Alarm ClockNeeds a wall glitchPark the car tight against the mall wall and re-enter it
Classic TelephoneCrane and ship accessMove slowly across the crane route
Flip Cell PhoneContainer dropApproach from the crane, not the ground
TypewriterTower climbUse a car boost and jump carefully
NeedleHidden in cropsZoom out or switch to first-person
SuitcaseRooftop accessUse a car or stacked items in a truck bed

You will know each pickup registered when the item vanishes from the world and your Lost Items count ticks up. If a prompt does not appear at a tunnel, dumpster, or roof, rotate your camera until the interact button shows before assuming you are in the wrong spot. Clear the Key and Scythe pairing, push through the mall wall for the Digital Alarm Clock, and the remaining 27 pickups fall into place along the route above.
