Pets drive almost all of your progress in Tap Simulator REBORN. Every equipped pet multiplies the Coins you earn per tap. That multiplier funds bigger eggs, rebirths, and the 700-power bridge that blocks the first island. You get pets by hatching eggs with Coins. You equip them from a single menu, and one button handles the sorting for you.
Quick answer: Build up Coins by tapping. At spawn, step onto an egg platform and use E for Hatch 1 or select Hatch 3. Then use the orange pet symbol in the bottom HUD and choose the green Equip Best button.
Your first pet and the Coins to hatch more
A fresh account starts with a free pet. Tap the starting egg about five times and pick a dog, cat, or bunny. None of the three has a documented stat advantage, so choose whichever you like.
Every pet after that costs Coins. You can earn them in three ways:
- Clicking or tapping anywhere on the screen
- Standing on the tapping pads, including the central tap zone at spawn
- Picking up coins that drop around the map
Rebirthing makes the grind faster. Your first Rebirth costs about 800 Coins. It pays out Gems and permanently raises your Coins per tap. You lose only the Coins you spend on it, and your pets stay with you, so a rebirth never sets your collection back.
Spawn eggs: Prices and pet odds
Two egg stations sit side by side at the spawn area. The Basic Egg costs 100 Coins for your first hatch and 200 after that. It can hatch pets such as the Doggy, Bunny, and Cat. A Kitty shows up roughly 1 in 3 times and carries a 2x multiplier.
The Spotted Egg is the next step up, and its pets are much stronger. A Chick from it shows a 6x multiplier. The price on its stand has varied between builds, showing 2.50K on some and 10,000 Coins on others. Check the number on the stand before you start saving.

The Deer is the rare pull in this pool. Once it is equipped, it walks with a visible aura ring beneath it.
How to hatch pets from an egg
E or click Hatch 1 to open a single egg. To open three at once, click Hatch 3. Each pet you hatch goes straight to your pet inventory.The same platform also offers two game passes. Hatch 8 Game Pass opens eight eggs per hatch, and Auto Open hatches eggs for you automatically. Neither one is needed to collect pets. They only increase how many eggs you open over time.
How to equip pets with Equip Best
New pets do nothing until they are on your active team. Hatching alone does not equip them, so you need to visit this menu after every batch of eggs.
To start over, click Unequip All to clear the team. You can also equip pets one at a time from their cards. In most cases, though, Equip Best already gives you the strongest lineup. Press it again after each hatch session so new, stronger pets replace the weaker ones.
How to tell your pets are equipped
You can confirm it in three places. Your equipped pets follow your character around the map with their name tags showing. The Team Power multiplier goes up; in one hatch session, adding a Deer and two Chicks raised it from x37 to x49. The floating number above each tap also gets bigger, so you will see higher Coin popups on every click.
Robux eggs and trading in Tap Simulator REBORN
The in-game Shop provides a way to get pets outside the Coin loop. Its offerings include featured eggs, tokens, hatch passes, and pet inventory bundles. The Chronos Egg is available exclusively in the Shop as a limited-time Robux offer. Nevermore is a limited Robux pet capped at 2,000 copies and marked SOLD OUT.
Since Update 1 arrived on October 17, 2026, you can also get pets through trading. You send another player a trade request, and the two of you swap pets directly. Pets from the Shop or from trades are equipped the same way as hatched ones, through Equip Best in the Pets menu.
