The Blood of Dawnwalker: All Amulets and Rings Guide

Every accessory Coen can equip, with full effects, rarities, costs, and where the Legendary picks come from.

Every accessory Coen can equip, with full effects, rarities, costs, and where the Legendary picks come from.

Accessories in The Blood of Dawnwalker split into two slots, amulets and rings, and each one changes how Coen fights. Some push claw or sword damage, some raise survivability, and others feed his vampiric side by boosting Blood and Vampire Skill cooldowns. Rarity runs from Superior up to Legendary, but the highest rarity is not always the right fit. A cheaper accessory that matches your main playstyle often beats a Legendary that pulls stats you never use.

Quick answer: Pick accessories by the stat you want, not the rarity. For raw weapon output equip Ring of Quick Strikes and Amulet of Crimson Steel; for ability spam pair Ring of Focus with the Mindbrace Amulet; for a night vampire build use Ring of the Night.

How accessory rarity and stacking works

Both slots hold one accessory each, so your loadout is one amulet plus one ring. Rarity tiers are Superior, Master, Epic, Unique, and Legendary. Higher tiers carry more effect lines and cost more, but the effects themselves are what matter. Two accessories that share the same effect line will stack the numbers, which is why Focus Charge builds and Blood Drinking builds get so strong when you double up an amulet and ring with matching bonuses.

Best accessories by build type

Rather than chase rarity, match the accessory to the stat your build already leans on. These pairings cover the main directions Coen can go.

Weapon and crit damage

The Ring of Quick Strikes and the Amulet of Crimson Steel both stack Sword Crit Damage, Melee Crit Chance, and Melee Damage, so wearing them together compounds those numbers. For claw-focused fighters, pair Slicer’s Ring with The Shredder for Claws Crit Chance, Claws Crit Damage, and Claws Damage on both slots.

Ability and Focus Charge builds

Focus Charges power Coen’s activation abilities, and the fastest way to keep spamming them is stacking Focus regen. The Ring of Focus and the Mindbrace Amulet both grant +15% Focus Charges from Hit, Block, and Parry, effectively doubling your charge gain. For witchcraft builds, the Astrologer’s Ring and The Relic of St. Dasius both raise Magic Damage and cut costs while feeding Focus regen.

Vampire and night builds

Ring of the Night is the standout here, adding +20% Blood Drinking Restoration, +15% Blood Per Segment, +1% Blood regen per second, and -5% Vampire Skill Cooldown. Pair it with Crimson Band, Band of Persistence, or Vrakhir’s Band if you rely on feeding to stay alive, since all three boost the health you recover from drinking blood.

Survival and defense

For sheer health, Quick Fighter’s Ring gives +12% Health Amount and +12% Health Regen, ahead of Loop of Vitality at +9%/+9% and Ring of Regeneration at +6% Health Regen. On the amulet slot, Amulet of Endurance, Amulet of Fortitude, and Amulet of Regeneration cover stamina, physical damage reduction, and health regen respectively.

Where to find the Legendary accessories

The Legendary rings and amulets are tied to specific quests, Xanthe Court activities, and hidden chests across Vale Sangora. Collecting the full Legendary set feeds into the Gear of the Gods trophy and achievement. Here is where each accessory comes from.

Legendary accessoryTypeWhere to get it
Ring of FocusRingChest in the southeast corner of Parlita
Astrologer’s RingRingOn the Astrologer’s body in Aurelius’s Tower after Home Sweet Home
Ring of the NightRingReward from Xanthe’s Transports: Past Glory
Ring of Quick StrikesRingLocked room chest during The Highland Grave
Mindbrace AmuletAmuletReward from Xanthe’s Excavations: Malevolent Presence
The Relic of St. DasiusAmuletLantern-accessible room in Xanthe’s Manor during The Cycle of Love
Fear of the WildsAmuletChest in the burrow area during Burrow Sorrows
Vicho’s CrossAmuletIn Vicho’s House after The Good Samaritan, once you confront Vicho

To open the boss-room chests for items like the Ancient Footwear during Xanthe’s Excavations: Bloodied Dagger, use Focus Mode to highlight the Ritual Dagger, collect it, then use Compel Soul on the body in front of the chest to unlock it. The same activity-and-chest pattern applies to most Legendary rewards, so following side quests and Xanthe Court activities matters as much as pushing the main story.

The smartest loadout is built around what you actually use in combat. Track which enemies keep beating you, test amulet and ring combinations that stack the same stat, and remember that a Master or Epic accessory tuned to your playstyle can outperform a Legendary that scatters its bonuses across stats you never touch.
