The Wrong Gate is an S-Rank Liquid Arc in Neverness to Everness and the signature weapon for Iroi. It pushes her healing into a full-team damage buff, and it only shows up on a limited-time banner during Version 1.2, so it will not stay in the shop forever.
Quick answer: Pull The Wrong Gate from the Dreamgate Special limited Arc banner, running July 29 to August 18, 2026. Open the Fair menu (the dice icon at the top of the screen), pick a banner, then open Arc Research in the bottom-left corner. Each pull costs 10 Tri-Keys or 1,600 Annulith, and the Arc is guaranteed by 8 pulls.

How to get The Wrong Gate Arc
The Arc lives on its own weapon banner, separate from the character banners. You reach it through the Arc Research option once you have a banner open.
The banner uses a two-layer guarantee. An S-Rank Arc is guaranteed every 6 pulls (60 Tri-Keys), and any S-Rank you pull here has a 25% chance to be The Wrong Gate. If luck never lands, the game hands you the Arc outright at 8 pulls (80 Tri-Keys). The base S-Rank rate is 3%.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Banner | Dreamgate Special (Limited Arc) |
| Run window | July 29 – August 18, 2026 |
| Cost per pull | 10 Tri-Keys or 1,600 Annulith |
| Guaranteed S-Rank | Every 6 pulls (60 Tri-Keys) |
| Featured Arc chance | 25% of any S-Rank pulled here |
| Hard guarantee | The Wrong Gate by 8 pulls (80 Tri-Keys) |
You will know it worked when The Wrong Gate appears in your Arc inventory and can be equipped on a character. If pulls keep giving other Arcs, the only reason is that the 8-pull counter has not been reached yet.

Add to Google Preferences →Stats and Reverie Gate effect
The Wrong Gate scales entirely around attack. Its main stat is Base ATK, and its substat is ATK%, both maxing out at Level 80.
| Level | Base ATK | ATK% substat |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 37 | 12% |
| 20 | 128 | 12% |
| 40 | 275 | 18% |
| 60 | 423 | 24% |
| 80 | 570 | 30% |
The Arc’s ability is called Reverie Gate. At its base level it raises ATK by 16%. When the wearer performs healing, it increases the wearer’s Anima DMG by 30% and all allies’ DMG dealt by 15% for 20 seconds. Triggering it again resets that duration, and effects with the same name do not stack across a team.
Refining the Arc scales both halves of the effect. At its highest refinement, the flat ATK bonus climbs to 32%, the wearer’s Anima DMG boost doubles to 60%, and the allied DMG bonus rises to 30%.
Ascension materials and total cost

| Breakthrough | Beetle Coins | Materials |
|---|---|---|
| 20 → 30 | 20,000 | Iron Appleseed ×4, Fading Silhouette ×4 |
| 30 → 40 | 40,000 | Iron Appleseed ×10, Fading Silhouette ×10 |
| 40 → 50 | 60,000 | Silver Appleseed ×6, Blurred Silhouette ×6 |
| 50 → 60 | 80,000 | Silver Appleseed ×12, Blurred Silhouette ×12 |
| 60 → 70 | 100,000 | Golden Appleseed ×6, Chaos Silhouette ×6 |
| 70 → 80 | 120,000 | Golden Appleseed ×12, Chaos Silhouette ×12 |
Summed up, the full climb needs 420,000 Beetle Coins, 14 Iron Appleseed, 14 Fading Silhouette, 18 Silver Appleseed, 18 Blurred Silhouette, 18 Golden Appleseed, and 18 Chaos Silhouette.
Who should use it, and is it worth pulling
This is Iroi’s best-in-slot Arc, and it is built for her kit. Iroi keeps Reverie Gate active almost permanently because her Redirect Skill has a 12-second cooldown while the buff lasts 20 seconds, so its uptime stays effectively full during a fight. The ATK substat also feeds her buff scaling, and the Anima DMG bonus amplifies the damage-over-time from her Ultimate.
It is not locked to her, though. Any healer benefits from the team-wide damage boost, so a support like Edgar can equip it as a generalist choice. He will not use the Anima DMG portion, but the 15% allied damage buff still lands whenever he heals.
If you are pulling Iroi or you want a strong support Arc for a healer, The Wrong Gate is a clean investment. If you are saving resources for the upcoming Version 1.3 characters, it is reasonable to skip and revisit a similar Arc later.
