Together Forever is one of the seven story conclusions in The Blood of Dawnwalker, and it is the shortest route to a bronze trophy that most players will never trip over by accident. It rewards the opposite of what the rest of the game pushes you toward. Instead of hunting Brencis, you stay with the people you started with.
Quick answer: Stick with your village group from the start of the game, keep following their quests, and never take the option to abandon them. Play that thread through to its end and the Together Forever trophy pops.
Together Forever trophy details
The trophy sits in the bronze tier of a 47-trophy list, and it is tied to an ending rather than to combat, collectibles, or skill trees. Its description spells out the intent plainly.

The condition starts running the moment the game does. Coen is travelling with people from his village, and the game repeatedly offers you chances to peel off and pursue your own agenda. Turn all of them down.

How to know it worked
Together Forever fires during the ending sequence, alongside the credits roll for that conclusion. The game also treats it as a completed story, so The Blood of Dawnwalker gold trophy unlocks with it if you have not already finished a run.

If the ending plays and the trophy does not appear, the run almost certainly branched away from the family thread earlier. Common causes are narrow and easy to spot.
- You took a dialogue or quest option that split Coen off from the group.
- You dropped the group’s quest chain to chase open-world content and picked up a different ending path instead.
- You reached one of the other six conclusions, such as confronting Brencis or leaving Vale Sangora entirely.
Getting it without burning a second playthrough
All seven endings are reachable in a single run because the game lets you reload past the branch point. Keep a manual save before the final quest, take one conclusion, then reload and take the next. That save discipline is worth applying from the prologue onward, since a few trophies are gated behind choices you cannot undo later.
Note: the 30 in-game day countdown to rescue your family runs the whole time, but the main story can be cleared in well under 10 days, so the limit is not a practical obstacle here. Time only advances when you spend it on quests, dialogue choices, and skills.
What Together Forever does not count for
This is an early ending, which matters if you are chasing the Every Last Drop platinum. The game accepts it as finishing the story, but it does not satisfy Uphill Battle, the gold trophy for completing the game on the Duelist difficulty preset. That one specifically requires saving the people of Laslea, which only the four full endings deliver.
A Hero They Deserve, the trophy for abandoning Vale Sangora, is the other early ending with the same limitation. Plan your Duelist run around one of the Brencis conclusions and treat both early endings as clean-up on a save you reload from.
Together Forever is one of the least demanding trophies on the list in mechanical terms, since it asks for restraint rather than skill. The catch is that restraint has to hold across the whole run. Once Coen walks away from his people, the path closes, and the only way back is a save from before he did.
