Rebirthing is the long-term progression track in +1 Tongue Escape, the sliding obby from the dot x ast group. You train your tongue on pads, extend it across gaps, and bank Wins at the end of each stage. Rebirth takes your Tongue Level away and hands back a permanently higher points multiplier and a raised level cap, which is what makes the next climb faster than the last one.
Quick answer: Open the Rebirth menu on the left side of the screen, train until you hit the listed Tongue Level, then press the purple Rebirth button. The first one needs Level 20.

What a Rebirth resets and what it keeps
The trade is narrow and predictable. Your Tongue Level goes back to the bottom, and nothing else in your collection is touched. Everything you bought stays equipped or sitting in your inventory, so the only job after a reset is re-earning points on a Trainer.
| Element | After a Rebirth |
|---|---|
| Tongue Level | Reset to the start |
| Tongue points multiplier | Permanently increased |
| Level cap | Raised |
| Trails | Kept |
| Purchased Tongues | Kept |
| Trainers | Kept, plus new ones unlocked |
Because the multiplier gain is permanent, each cycle should be shorter than the one before it. That is the whole point of the loop, and it is why sitting at a high Tongue Level without rebirthing eventually costs you time.

Confirmation is immediate. Your Tongue Level drops back to the start, the multiplier shown in the menu goes up, and the level requirement listed for the next Rebirth is a higher number than the one you just cleared. Any Trainer gated behind that Rebirth count also becomes usable.
Rebirth level requirements
The threshold climbs every time. Rebirth one asks for a Level 20 tongue and rebirth two asks for Level 30, so the early gaps are small enough to clear in a few training sessions once your multipliers are stacked.
| Rebirth | Required Tongue Level |
|---|---|
| 1st | 20 |
| 2nd | 30 |
| 3rd and beyond | Increases each time |
Check the Rebirth menu before you start a training session so you know the exact level you are chasing. Leaving a pad early is the most common way to waste minutes.

Stack multipliers before you grind
Three things feed your points rate on a Trainer, and they all stack. The Trainer itself sets the base speed, an equipped Tongue raises points gained per second, and a Trail adds a flat points multiplier on top. Rebirths then multiply the whole thing.
