The Tsaritsa has been the reason behind six years of Fatui plotting in Genshin Impact, and she has never been on a banner. That is expected to change in Version 7.3. Her kit is one of the stranger designs of the Snezhnaya era. Leaks describe a Cryo Archon with two separate Elemental Bursts who is tied closely to the newer Stellar reactions. The newest reports, from mid-October, add another layer. She reportedly works as a complete support at C0 and switches into a dedicated on-field damage mode. Her partner Danica has also been reworked away from pure defense and toward dealing damage.
Quick answer: Leaks list the Tsaritsa as a 5-star Cryo Bow user for Version 7.3 (estimated December 16, 2026). She reportedly supports every Stellar team at C0 and needs Constellations to become a strong main DPS.
Every kit detail below comes from pre-beta leaks. Talent text, multipliers, stack counts and even her role can change once the 7.3 beta opens, and at least one early number has already been walked back.
Tsaritsa and Danica release window (Version 7.3)
Only the Version 7.1 date is official. The later dates follow Genshin’s usual six-week patch rhythm, and the 7.3 slot has held up on leaked roadmaps since August. The same roadmap correctly named the 7.1 lineup ahead of time. The leaked 7.2 endgame calendar also ends on December 16, which matches the projection.
| Version | Date | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 7.1 | Sep 23, 2026 | Official, live |
| 7.2 (7.3 beta expected) | ~Nov 4, 2026 | Estimated |
| 7.3 Phase 1 (Tsaritsa, Danica) | ~Dec 16, 2026 | Estimated |
| 7.3 Phase 2 | ~Jan 6, 2027 | Estimated |
HoYoverse has not confirmed an official 7.3 date. The leaked 7.3 lineup also includes reruns of Sandrone and Lohen. Banner order is unknown, so it is not settled whether Danica shares Phase 1 with the Tsaritsa or anchors Phase 2. Her Cryo element and her full name, Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya, are official. Her rarity, weapon and patch remain leak-based.
Tsaritsa’s C0 role: a support for every Stellar team
An August leak framed the Tsaritsa as “not a support.” It described her as a specialist limited to Stellar Conduct and Stellar Swirl, who would be among the strongest characters in the game if she could be played on her own. The October leaks change that picture. They say that at C0 she can support all Stellar teams, including Sandrone’s and Mitya’s. They also describe her base kit as complete without extra copies, much like Raiden Shogun’s.
Columbina is the closest comparison. She is the Hydro Catalyst who enables Lunar reactions (Lunar Charged, Lunar Bloom and Lunar Crystallize) across many teams. The Tsaritsa is pitched as the same kind of piece for the Stellar system, covering current teams and future Stellar carries. Furina has also come up as a reference point for C0 support value.

The support side centers on CRIT. She reportedly shares CRIT Rate with the whole party. Any CRIT Rate above the 100% cap then converts into CRIT DMG, so that overflow is not wasted. An earlier leak put the conversion at 1:2 through Stellar stacks, meaning 10 excess CRIT Rate would become 20 CRIT DMG. That ratio has never appeared in confirmed Talent text.

Against Frozen foes or enemies affected by Cryo, Cryo Resonance adds 15% CRIT Rate, though the character sheet does not display it. Whether that rate factors into the conversion will determine its value when building CRIT Rate.
The on-field DPS mode and its unrevealed mechanic
Her damage side follows the Raiden pattern too. Raiden is fully functional at C0, and her C2 lets her attacks ignore 60% of enemy DEF. The Tsaritsa reportedly runs as a full off-field support at C0 and gains the most main-DPS power from Constellations. Those Constellations add more resistance shred and more Elevation.

A second October leak complicates that. It says her on-field main DPS role relies on a special mechanic that has not been revealed yet. Her on-field and off-field modes reportedly do not compete with each other, so her support value does not lock her out of carrying at low Constellations. The two claims address different questions. One is about how strong her damage is, and the other is about whether the two roles interfere. Neither says what the mechanic actually does.
Two Elemental Bursts and Combat Intent
The most detailed leak information focuses on her two Bursts. She must first charge and activate her regular Burst, spending normal Elemental Energy to enter Special Q. While she is in that state, party members gain a separate resource by triggering reactions; leaks refer to it as Combat Intent or Fighting Spirit. Once the resource reaches the required stack count, her other Burst becomes available. Mavuika also uses Nightsoul and Fighting Spirit, making her system a point of comparison.
Her rotation therefore has two requirements: Energy first, then sustained reactions. Without a team able to maintain Stellar reactions, she cannot access the follow-up Burst. Reports say that Burst gains power from Stellar reactions and reaches its peak with three Stellar teammates. The concealed mechanic is rumored to involve a special stance, resource, or transformation, with Energy converting into Combat Intent seeming the likeliest explanation.
Her own damage also depends on a stack-based resource, which builds more quickly when she stays on field. Initial leaks claimed she entered combat with 12 stacks that gradually ran out. That number was later withdrawn, leaving the actual starting count unknown.
How Tsaritsa changes Stellar Conduct and Stellar Swirl
Her two reported build archetypes, Stellar Conduct and Stellar Swirl, each pair with one reaction. She reportedly upgrades both reactions.
| Reaction | Elements | Base effect | Tsaritsa’s leaked addition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar Conduct | Cryo + Electro | Polestar Field, buffs build toward 12 hits | Extra Cryo hits reach 12 faster |
| Stellar Swirl | Cryo + Anemo | Stellar Vortex, fixed damage | Anemo RES shred on enemies |
Stellar Conduct needs a Stellar Linchpin in the party. Inside the Polestar Field, Cryo and Electro hits are recorded and turned into Cryo and Electro DMG bonuses plus physical RES shred. When the field reaches 12 hits, leaks say reaction multipliers double and Cryo and Electro damage each gain 40%. The Tsaritsa’s extra Cryo application exists to hit that threshold sooner. In Stellar Swirl teams, she reportedly acts as a sub-DPS and support. There she provides the Anemo shred, an ATK-oriented buff and a base Stellar damage multiplier at C0.
“Superconduct damage dealer” in some English write-ups is a loose rendering of Stellar Super Conduct. That is the damage instance inside the Stellar Conduct system, not the original Cryo + Electro Superconduct reaction.
Elevation at C0
Elevation is a separate multiplier on direct Stellar Conduct damage. It sits at the very end of the formula, next to CRIT and resistance, so it scales the whole result instead of adding a small percentage:
Direct Stellar Conduct DMG = Base Multiplier * ATK * Multiplier * (1 + Base Bonus%) * (1 + (6 * EM / (EM + 2000)) + Stellar Conduct DMG Bonus%) * RES Multiplier * CRIT * Elevation
Sandrone, Odette and Vesna were previously the only characters with Elevation in their C6 Constellations. Leaks say the Tsaritsa can gain it through reactions at C0. This increase is the main source of the power-creep debate surrounding her.
Tsaritsa’s weapon, infusion, shield and signature weapon
Datamines list her as a Bow user. Her reveal shows her holding a long, spear-like weapon, which looks a lot like the giant arrows Crystalline Fae enemies use. That mismatch has precedent. Childe equips a Bow but fights with summoned water blades, and Raiden equips a Polearm but draws a sword for her Burst. The rest of her leaked kit:
- Cryo infusion on Normal Attacks for about 15 seconds.
- A special Charged Attack that resembles the leaked Cryo Traveler stack mechanic.
- Off-field Cryo application with area-of-effect potential.
- A thin shield, described as very weak at C0 and tied to Stellar Swirl.
- A signature weapon with a CRIT DMG substat that raises party ATK when she casts her Burst.
- The existing Stellar-Conduct artifact set for Conduct builds, and a new 7.3 set for Stellar Swirl.
Because the Swirl set will not exist until 7.3 ships, any team you can plan before launch is a Stellar Conduct team.
Danica’s kit changes: from shield support to self-sufficient damage
Already seen in the 7.0 story, Danica Postelnitskaya serves as head maid at Zapolyarny Palace. Her name and Electro element are confirmed officially, while leaks describe her as a 5-star Claymore user. An earlier leaked kit cast her as a defensive enabler for the Tsaritsa; the October leak reports a major shift in her positioning.
| Part of kit | Earlier leak | October leak |
|---|---|---|
| Role | Shield and shred support | Self-sufficient damage hybrid |
| EM sharing | C0 passive: 6% ATK as EM | Moved to Constellations |
| Personal damage | Low | Buffed |
| Animations | Original | Refined |
In the earlier version, her Elemental Skill gave a shield and shredded Cryo, Electro and Dendro RES. Her Burst dropped off-field quills that applied Electro only once every 6 seconds. Her passive gave the active character Elemental Mastery equal to 6% of her ATK, which works out to roughly 120–150 EM. Healing arrived at C2. That slow Electro application meant she could not sustain Stellar Conduct on her own, while the team’s carries already existed. Other leaks described interruption resistance and Dehya-style damage tanking on her Skill, and a teamwide heal on her Burst.
Her Constellations are tied to the Tsaritsa as well. C1 reportedly restores Energy to the whole team, which directly covers the Tsaritsa’s need to charge her normal Burst before the special one opens. C2 reportedly buffs teammates’ ATK and CRIT DMG, and both C2 and C6 are said to carry Tsaritsa-specific effects. The new leak adds damage to her kit but does not say her shield was removed.
The premium Stellar Conduct team
The intended lineup is still the Tsaritsa, Danica, Mitya and Odette. In the leaked rotation, Odette sets up buffs, Danica shreds Cryo and Electro RES, and Mitya triggers the field with Electro. The Tsaritsa then comes in for damage. Odette is the only member playable today. Mitya, whose 7.2 passive converts Superconduct into Stellar Conduct and creates Gradient Beacons, is expected first.
Danica’s damage rework makes this team hit harder, but it also takes away some of the dedicated support players wanted. Budget options include Valeriy, the free unit Alyosha, and units upgraded through Witch’s Revelation, such as Yae Miko, Cyno, Wriothesley, Qiqi, Diona and the Cryo Traveler. The live Stellar mechanics and the 7.3 window are firm ground. The two-Burst numbers, the hidden on-field mechanic and every damage value will stay open until the 7.3 beta and its Special Program put real Talent text on screen.
