Unscathed: How to Increase Luck Fast by Stacking Bonuses

Combine skill tree points, gems, biome matching, food, and potions to push your luck as high as possible before a roll.

Combine skill tree points, gems, biome matching, food, and potions to push your luck as high as possible before a roll.

Luck decides how favorable your rolls are in Unscathed, and the fastest way to raise it is to stack several bonuses at once instead of relying on any single upgrade. Passive boosts from the skill tree and gear layer on top of temporary boosts from food and potions, and the biggest gains come from timing all of them together right before you roll.

Quick answer: Max the Four-Leaf skill path to Four-Leaf V (+25% Global luck), equip luck gems, swap in luck gear, match your active biome to an elemental luck bonus, complete the obby, eat an Apple (+10% luck), then drink a Destiny Potion right before rolling on an expedition.

Luck vs Roll Speed: What each stat does

These two stats work differently, and the split matters depending on your goal. Luck raises the chance of getting a better result on each roll. Roll Speed increases how often you can attempt a roll. You cannot maximize both at the same time, so you choose based on what you are trying to do.

Skill tree: Max the Four-Leaf luck path

Your permanent luck base comes from the skill tree. Spend points on the Luck Bonus path and work it all the way to Four-Leaf V, which grants a +25% Global luck boost. Each tier adds five percent, so you can check your progress as you climb.

Skill tierBonus
Four-Leaf IGlobal luck +5%
Four-Leaf IIGlobal luck +10%
Four-Leaf IIIGlobal luck +15%
Four-Leaf IVGlobal luck +20%
Four-Leaf VGlobal luck +25%

If you plan to grind for a while, split some skill points into Roll Speed as well. For a single big roll, put everything into luck.

Gems and gear for luck

Equip luck-focused gems before you roll. A Luck Gem Lvl 1 adds +3% Overall Luck on Bonus Roll, and higher-level gems scale that up. If you have combat gear equipped from fighting bosses, swap it out for luck-boosting equipment while you are rolling. Combat stats do nothing for your odds, so those slots are better spent on luck.

Match the active biome to your elemental luck

Biomes change over time, and each one is tied to an element. When the active biome, such as Badlands, lines up with an elemental luck bonus you have from your skill tree, gear, or traits, those multipliers stack. Watch which biome is active and roll while it matches your elemental luck for extra value on top of your flat bonuses.

Temporary boosts to stack right before rolling

Short-duration boosts are where the fast gains come from, but they expire quickly, so line them up back to back just before your roll.

Complete the in-game obby first. Finishing it grants an extra temporary luck bonus, so do this before you touch any consumables.
Eat food for a quick boost. An Apple increases luck by 10% for one minute, so save it for the moment right before you roll.
Drink your luck potions to layer on more. If you are grinding, a Speed Potion adds +10% Roll Speed to help you roll more often.

Save the Destiny Potion for last

The Destiny Potion is the highest-value luck boost, so its impact depends on everything else already being active. Stack all your passive bonuses (skill tree, gems, gear, biome match) and your temporary bonuses (obby, food, other potions) first. Only then drink the Destiny Potion and roll on an expedition. Using it while your other buffs are up multiplies its effect instead of wasting it on a low base.

Note: Because the Destiny Potion is tied to a single window, treat it as your finishing move rather than something to pop early during a farming session.

Get free potions from codes

You can stock up on luck and speed potions without grinding by redeeming a code. The code RELEASE gives 1000 cash, 10 lucky potions, and 10 speed potions. Open Unscathed, find the Settings button on the left side of the screen, paste the code into the text field exactly as shown, then hit Submit. You will know it worked when the cash and potions land in your inventory.

The core routine stays the same whether you are farming or chasing one rare result. Keep your permanent luck high through the Four-Leaf path, gems, and gear, then time your biome match, obby bonus, food, and potions so they all overlap on the roll that matters. Split points into Roll Speed only when you want volume, and go full luck when a single roll is worth everything.
