These feature IDs unlock hidden Windows 11 features through ViveTool, and the list is updated as new builds arrive.

Windows 11 hides many finished features behind internal switches while Microsoft tests them on a small slice of devices before turning them on for everyone. ViveTool lets you flip those switches yourself using numeric feature IDs, so you don’t have to wait for the gradual rollout to reach your PC.

How to enable a code with ViveTool

ViveTool is a command-line tool, so every code gets applied from an elevated terminal rather than through a menu.

Download the ViveTool release archive that matches your processor (Intel/AMD or ARM64) from the official ViveTool releases page.
Extract the zip file to a short, easy-to-find folder, such as C:\ViveTool, so you don’t have to type a long path later.
Open Start, search for Command Prompt, right-click the result, and choose Run as administrator. ViveTool needs elevated permissions to change feature states.
Navigate to the folder where you extracted ViveTool using the cd command.
cd C:\ViveTool
Run the enable command with the feature code (or codes) you want to turn on. Separate multiple IDs with commas in a single command.
vivetool /enable /id:57048231
Restart your PC. Most feature changes only take effect after a reboot, and the console message “Successfully set feature configuration” confirms the command ran correctly.

After restarting, check the specific menu, settings page, or app tied to the code you enabled. If nothing changes, the feature may still be limited by hardware, region, or Microsoft’s own rollout controls even after the ID is toggled on.

To undo a change, run the same command with /disable instead of /enable. Running vivetool /fullreset clears every customization ViveTool has applied and restores default behavior.

Feature IDs shift as Microsoft finishes testing and folds features into the stable release, so a code that works today can stop responding after the next cumulative update. Some entries also require an earlier prerequisite code to be enabled first before the target feature actually appears, and a handful are gated to specific regions or hardware regardless of the ID’s status.
