Where to Find the Stormwind First Aid Trainer in World of Warcraft

That person is Shaina Fuller, a level 35 human trainer tied to the Church of the Holy Light, and she never leaves the building she works in.

Stand in the plaza and check your coordinates before you walk in. Sitting at roughly 45.1, 38.0 puts you directly outside the blue-carpeted steps that lead up to the cathedral’s arched entrance.

Climb the steps and go through the main doors into the cathedral’s central hall. Follow the aisle forward, then turn right into the side corridor that branches off it.

Walk the corridor to its end and step into the lit side chamber, a small library lined with bookshelves. Shaina Fuller is standing here, and your coordinates should read 42.0, 26.5.

Right-click Shaina Fuller and pick the “Train me” option from her dialogue. She reacts to both Alliance and Horde characters, so she will not attack you on approach.

How to confirm you found the right NPC

Her nameplate reads Shaina Fuller with the title <First Aid Trainer> underneath. Clicking her opens a dialogue window with a greeting that changes depending on whether you have already learned the skill.

Once you choose “Train me,” the First Aid training interface opens. On a fresh character it lists Apprentice First Aid alongside Linen Bandage and Heavy Linen Bandage. If that window appears, you are in the right room and the skill is yours for a few copper.

The stone fountain and the stairs leading up to the SI:7 headquarters belong to Old Town. Osborne the Night Man, the Rogue Trainer, waits at that entrance, and Jasper Fel <Shady Dealer> is inside the building. Neither of them teaches First Aid, so if you are looking at those stairs, head back toward Cathedral Square.

Which version of WoW still has Shaina Fuller

Shaina Fuller was removed from the retail game in patch 4.3.0 on November 29th, 2011, and Angela Leifeld took over the role. She remains in place in World of Warcraft: Classic, where she was added back in patch 1.13.2, so the Cathedral of Light route above applies to Classic characters.

Once you have the skill trained, the bandage recipes are the easy part. Cloth drops off nearly every humanoid you kill in the early zones, and the trip back to the cathedral is short enough that topping up your ranks between quest hubs costs almost nothing.
