Buy this Epic Bamboocut – Kite internal art from the Mohist Hill Sect for 20,000 coins, then raise its breakthrough tiers.

Celestial Vigor is one of the Inner Ways in Where Winds Meet, and unlike most of them, it does not hide behind a boss fight or a scattered set of pages. You buy it outright. That makes it one of the easier internal arts to add to a Bamboocut – Kite build, provided you have the coins on hand.

Quick answer: Purchase the Celestial Vigor Inner Way from the Mohist Hill Sect shop for 20,000 coins. There is no quest or drop involved.

Unlock Celestial Vigor at the Mohist Hill Sect shop

The entire process runs through a single vendor. As long as your coin total sits at or above 20,000, the internal art is yours in a couple of clicks.

Travel to the Mohist Hill Sect and open its shop. This is the only place that stocks Celestial Vigor.
Find the Celestial Vigor listing and confirm the purchase for 20,000 coins. Make sure you have the full amount before you interact with the vendor.
Open your Inner Ways menu and confirm Celestial Vigor now appears under the Bamboocut – Kite path. Once it shows up there, it is unlocked and ready to slot into your build.

What Celestial Vigor does

Celestial Vigor is an Epic internal art built around perfect dodges. Landing one grants Unceasing stacks, which push up your damage and healing while cutting the damage you take. The effect also reaches nearby allies and pushes back against enemies at range, and it can stack multiple times to keep the buff running through a fight.

Core effectPerfect dodges grant 3 Unceasing stacks for 8 seconds, raising damage and healing while reducing damage taken. Also boosts nearby damage and healing and lowers damage from distant enemies, stacking up to 5 times.

Because the payoff comes from dodging at the right moment, Celestial Vigor rewards the reactive, evasion-heavy rhythm of the Bamboocut – Kite playstyle rather than raw aggression.

Breakthrough tier bonuses

Raising Celestial Vigor’s tier layers on extra bonuses, mixing flat stat gains with reinforcement of its Ceaseless buff. The table below lists what each tier adds.

TierBonus
1Increases the duration of Ceaseless to 8 seconds.
2Increases Formless Attack based on Solo Mode Level.
3Reduces damage taken by 0.5%, plus an extra 0.8% from enemies beyond 5 meters.
4Triggering a perfect dodge grants 3 stacks of Ceaseless.
5Increases Formless Penetration by 6 points.
6Raises the proximity-based damage, healing, and damage reduction bonuses to 1.2%.

How to upgrade Celestial Vigor

Tier upgrades are gated behind progression, so buying the internal art is only the first step toward its stronger effects.

Reach Solo Mode Level 4, also called Level 4 Roaming. Until you hit this milestone, Celestial Vigor stays at its base effect and cannot be advanced.
Gather Celestial Vigor: Notes. These are the internal art advance items tied specifically to this Inner Way, and the Tips Exchange is the most dependable place to pick them up.
Open the Inner Ways interface, select Celestial Vigor, and spend your Notes on its breakthrough tiers. Each investment moves it up one tier and unlocks the matching bonus from the table above.

Note: If Celestial Vigor refuses to upgrade, the usual cause is being below Solo Mode Level 4 or not holding enough Celestial Vigor: Notes. Clear both requirements and the breakthrough option becomes available.

With the art purchased, slotted, and fed a steady supply of Notes, Celestial Vigor turns clean dodges into a rolling stack of offense and defense that fits neatly into a Bamboocut – Kite loadout.
