Miles of Radiant Skies is a short Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet that plays out entirely in and around Cloudside Village on Mount Tai. An Inkbound Order disciple named Yu Xiake has lost a cloth bundle he values above his own life, and your task is to track down the person who took it and bring it back.
Quick answer: Teleport to Cloudside Village, speak to Yu Xiake, walk uphill out of the village to find Gu Shangzao by a boulder to recover the Bundle, then return and give it to Yu Xiake.
Requirements to unlock Miles of Radiant Skies
The tale becomes available only after you reach the Mount Tai area through the main story. Until then, the quest entry reads “The time is not right yet. Perhaps explore Mount Tai for now,” so you cannot start it early.
Complete the main story chapter that leads into Qingzhou and Mount Tai.
Have the Cloudside Village landmark unlocked for fast travel.
Find the tale listed under Mount Tai Part 4 in the Wandering Tales menu.
Open the map and go to the Qingzhou region, then to Qingzhou-Eastern Peak. Select the Cloudside Village landmark and fast travel to it.

From the landing point, head up the stone steps toward the lakeside area. Yu Xiake is standing near a hanging cloth rack. Talk to him to accept the request.
Leave the village along the path that climbs uphill into the grassy field. Follow the trail until you reach a large boulder on the right-hand side. Gu Shangzao is resting there.
