ViveTool is a command-line utility that flips on features Microsoft has quietly built into Windows 11 but hasn’t switched on for everyone yet. Each hidden feature is tied to a numeric feature ID, and entering the right ID with ViveTool can surface it on your own PC before it reaches general rollout.
Feature IDs differ depending on whether you’re running a general availability build, or testing preview builds through the Experimental, Beta, or Feature Platforms channels of the Windows Insider Program. Codes from older builds often keep working in newer ones, but Microsoft can retire or replace them at any time without notice.

Add to Google Preferences →How to enter a ViveTool code
ViveTool is not made or supported by Microsoft, so use it at your own risk. Feature IDs can stop working or get replaced at any time, and no code guarantees the feature will actually appear on your device.
vivetool /enable /id:57048231
You can confirm a code took effect by running vivetool /query /id:feature-code, which reports whether that ID is currently enabled on your system.
Codes tied to a specific cumulative update, like the monthly feature bundles, only work once your device has actually installed that update, so check your Windows Update history if a bundle ID doesn’t take. Insider build codes are more fluid and can shift with almost every flight, so it’s worth re-checking the numbers above whenever you jump to a newer build.
