The Abandoned Buccaneer Warehouse in Windrose lists two chests on its map marker, but one of them is sealed behind a wall with no obvious entry. The trick is a hidden button tucked near the stairs inside the main building.

Where the second chest is located
The Abandoned Buccaneer Warehouse shows a (0/2) chest count on its map icon, meaning you need both chests to fully clear it. The first chest sits up high on the top of the main structure, reached by jumping up the wooden platforms to the vantage point. That one holds quest items tied to the Glorious Hunters faction quest, including a Damaged Flask and a Page from Marcel Boucher's Diary.
The second chest is walled off. You can sometimes spot it through gaps, which is why many players assume it's bugged or out of reach. It isn't. The wall is a trigger-operated partition, not a static piece of geometry.
Opening the hidden wall
Step 1: Enter the warehouse through the main building. If the entryway on your left is blocked by stacked crates, break them with your axe to get inside.

Step 2: Head toward the stairs inside the structure. Look at the area directly underneath the staircase rather than going up it.
Step 3: Find the interact prompt on the button placed under the stairs and press it. The wall concealing the second chest retracts, giving you a clear path to the loot.

Step 4: Walk through and open the chest. The map counter will tick over to (2/2), confirming the location is cleared.

What's inside the second chest
| Item | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Tumbaga Ingot ×1 | Weapon Enchant Material | Used for upgrading weapons |
| Sturdy Saber | Sword (Level 1, 100 ATK) | Early-game melee option |
Exact drops can vary between playthroughs, but the switch-gated chest is the source of the warehouse's unique reward pool rather than quest items.
If the button isn't appearing
A few things block the prompt from showing up:
- You haven't cleared the crates blocking the side entrance. Chop them with the axe first so you can move freely inside.
- You're standing too far from the stairwell. The switch is low to the ground, so aim the camera down as you approach.
- You're still on the upper floor. The button is accessed from the ground level, directly beneath the wooden staircase.
Once you trigger the switch, the warehouse is done. From there, the Glorious Hunters trail continues at the Destroyed Buccaneer Fort, where four Old Skeletons and another Buccaneer's Chest round out the investigation before you report back to Henri Boucher at the Rogue Buccaneer camp.
