The Huaxu Apothecary inside Xuanfang Huaxu Academy stocks up to 15 Cloudperch Seeds for purchase. Buying out the shop is the fastest way to top up if your field harvest and event rewards fall short.
Note: The apothecary stock refreshes over time, so check back if you drain it before you have enough.
