Suisui is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier support who arrived in the second phase of the Wuthering Waves 3.5 update. Her whole value comes from healing that scales with HP and team-wide buffs that scale with Energy Regen, so her weapon is chosen for one number above all others. Get the Energy Regen right and the rest of her kit falls into place.
Quick answer: Equip Firstlight’s Herald, her signature Rectifier with a 77% Energy Regen substat. If you don’t have it, use Stellar Symphony (5-star), or Variation and Call of the Abyss (4-star) — any of these gets you toward her 260% Energy Regen target.
Why Energy Regen decides Suisui’s weapon
Suisui’s Resonance Liberation costs 175 Energy, and her buffs grow the more Energy Regen she carries. The target is 260% Energy Regen. Hit that number and allies deal 12% more damage unconditionally and gain up to 50% ATK, on top of the 25% All DMG Amplification from her Outro Skill. Drop below 200% and those buffs fall off sharply.
Because of this, a Rectifier that carries Energy Regen as its secondary stat will always beat a raw ATK weapon on her. Her personal damage barely matters, so Crit and ATK stats are not the goal. The weapon’s job is to help her clear the ER check with fewer Echo rolls, freeing those slots for HP% and Healing Bonus.

Firstlight’s Herald: the signature pick
Firstlight’s Herald is built around Suisui’s exact needs. Its 77% Energy Regen substat is the single biggest reason to use it, letting her reach 260% with a 3-cost HP% or Glacio DMG Bonus Echo instead of stacking ER everywhere. Compared with Variation, it hands her roughly 25% more Energy Regen from the weapon alone.
The passive layers on more support value. It grants +12% Max HP to strengthen her HP-scaling heals, restores 8 Concerto Energy when she casts her Resonance Liberation to speed up rotations, and gives the team up to +20% ATK through its Kingfisher effect when she applies Glacio Chafe and heals. That combination is the highest overall value you can put on her.
Note: Firstlight’s Herald is not mandatory. Suisui works well at base sequence with a 4-star, so only pull the weapon if you have pulls to spare after securing the character.
Stellar Symphony: the 5-star backup
Stellar Symphony is Shorekeeper’s signature Rectifier, and it shares the same 77% Energy Regen substat as Firstlight’s Herald. Its passive raises HP and restores Concerto Energy, both of which fit Suisui’s rotation, and it can add a small team ATK buff tied to healing skills.
If you already own it, it is a strong stand-in that keeps her ER math easy. It is not worth pulling specifically for Suisui, though, since Firstlight’s Herald’s Kingfisher buff gives more team damage.
Budget and free-to-play Rectifiers
Variation
Variation is the best free-to-play choice. Its 51.8% Energy Regen substat still moves Suisui toward her target, and its passive restores 8 Concerto Energy when she casts a Resonance Skill, which helps her cycle back to her Outro Skill quickly. Expect to invest roughly five Energy Regen substat rolls on your Echoes to reach 260% with it.
Call of the Abyss
Call of the Abyss carries the same 51.8% Energy Regen substat as Variation. Pick whichever you have at a higher refinement or that better fits your other teams — the ER contribution is identical.
Rectifier#25
Rectifier#25 is a craftable option with the same 51.8% Energy Regen. It restores 5% of Suisui’s Max HP after a Resonance Skill when her health drops below 60%, which adds a little self-sustain. Its ATK buff is wasted on her since her healing scales on HP, so treat this as a stat stick you can build yourself if you lack the others.
How to choose
Rank the weapons by how many Echo substats they save you. Firstlight’s Herald and Stellar Symphony both hand over 77% Energy Regen, so they demand the least investment and leave room for Healing Bonus and HP%. The 4-star Rectifiers at 51.8% still work; they just ask for more ER on your Echoes to compensate. Whichever you land on, check that Suisui reaches 260% Energy Regen before adding survivability stats, because that threshold is what unlocks the full strength of her buffs and keeps her rotation from stalling.
