What goes live with Suoming in Phase 2
Suoming is the only new character in the second half of 3.7. Two reruns share the window with her, and each Resonator gets a paired weapon banner. All six banners run until November 11.

Suoming’s banner also boosts three 4-star Resonators: Lumi, Danjin, and Chixia. Unspoken Rue sits on its own Absolute Pulsation weapon banner, which hands out the featured 5-star weapon directly with no 50/50 attached.
Nine Deaths, One Unbent Heart pull rates and pity
Suoming’s banner uses the standard Featured Resonator Convene rules. Losing the 5-star 50/50 to a standard character such as Verina or Encore guarantees Suoming on your next 5-star.

Most of Suoming’s ascension and Forte costs come from content that’s already live, so you can bank them now. Fully leveling her ascension, Forte, inherents, and stat strands takes 630,000 Shell Credits, the same bill as Hsin.

Forged Empyrean’s Sigh is the slowest grind. The Calamity Effigy boss in Xuanfang Hold costs 60 Waveplates per run, so 46 drops works out to 2,760 Waveplates, or about 11 and a half days of natural regen with nothing else spent. Remnant of the Wheel is capped by weekly boss claims, which means six copies take more than one week. Wing Polarizers and Howler Cores can also come from Synthesis or the shop if the drops run dry.
Once your server hits 10:00 AM on October 22, Nine Deaths, One Unbent Heart appears in the Convene menu in place of Hsin’s banner. If you still see Hsin there, your server hasn’t rolled over yet.
