Your Bizarre Adventure has pushed a new round of fixes and balance changes, and the headline item is a broad pass on Diamond is Unbreakable that lowers its healing, spike size, cooldown reductions, and stat boosts. What the studio posted on Discord also brings quest and targeting fixes, plus another range bump for Steel Ball throws.

Bug fixes
- Certain quests no longer break when you do not have a Stand ability.
- Cursor-based ability targeting has been refined, improving aim against Stands such as White Album.
- CDR is no longer allowed in Casual SBR.
- Arrowsmith’s dialogue now instructs you to visit the Prestige Master in SBR before speaking with Arrowsmith.
The quest fix matters most for players who progress without a Stand equipped, since those quests were failing to run. The White Album targeting change addresses how cursor aim locks onto that Stand specifically.

You’re in my Range
You can now use You’re in my Range within Diamond is Unbreakable range. The DIU field had blocked it before because of that Stand’s built-in “anti-beatdown” mechanic.
Diamond is Unbreakable numbers
| Change | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Healing formula for Shine on You I-III (for each upgrade) | 20 * (1 + 0.8) | 20 * (1 + 0.5) |
| Diamond Slam final spike size | 6 | 4 |
| Diamond Slam hit size | 0.53 | 0.45 |
| Diamond Debris I-III max cooldown reduction | -23s | -15s |
| Diamond Durability I-III boost (per upgrade) | +3.75 | +3 |
| Self Reformation I-III boost (per upgrade) | +3.75 | +3 |
This is a stacked reduction across Diamond is Unbreakable’s sustain and output. Shine on You heals less per upgrade, the Diamond Slam spike lands smaller with a tighter hitbox, Diamond Debris shaves off less cooldown, and both the Durability and Self Reformation upgrade nodes give +3 instead of +3.75 per upgrade to their respective stats.
Steel Ball throws
| Change | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Steel Ball & Double Steel Ball duration | 0.18s | 0.23s |
The notes describe this as a range increase for Steel Ball and Double Steel Ball “again,” carried through a longer duration value. The exact wording pairs the range gain with the duration bump from 0.18s to 0.23s.
