How to redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes

Codes can be redeemed either inside the game or through the official website. Both methods require an account that has reached Inter-Knot Level 5.

In-game redemption

Launch Zenless Zone Zero and press Esc to open the main menu while in a playable area.

Select “More” from the row of icons at the bottom of the screen.

Choose “Redemption Code” from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste one code at a time into the text box, then hit “Redeem.”

Open your in-game mailbox through the same “More” menu to collect the rewards attached to your redemption.

Website redemption

Open the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption page and sign in with your HoYoverse account.

Select the server matching your account (America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO) and confirm the correct in-game character appears.

Enter the code exactly as shown and click “Redeem.”

Launch the game and open your mailbox to claim the delivered items.

A successful redemption shows a confirmation message on screen, and the rewards appear as a new item in your in-game mail shortly after. Mailbox rewards are generally claimable for up to 30 days, so collect them promptly rather than letting mail pile up.
