Skills and auras in +1 Laser Destruction are sold side by side at the spawn, but they use different currencies. Skills cost Rebirths. Auras cost cash, the money you earn by burning down buildings with your laser. Each one also has a Robux price if you would rather skip the grind.
Quick answer: Walk to the World 2 portal at spawn. Skills sit to its right and unlock at 3, 7, and 10 Rebirths. Auras sit to its left, and the cheapest one, Flame Aura, costs $15K.
Where the Skills and Auras stands are
Both stands are in the main spawn area, on either side of the purple World 2 portal. Each one has a large floating sign above it. The Skills stand is on the right side of the portal and the Auras stand is on the left. Walk up to either one and its menu opens.
You don’t have to walk back to buy an aura, though. The Auras menu is also on the HUD, as the “Auras” button on the left side of the screen. That button opens the same shop from anywhere on the map.
Skill unlock requirements
The game has three skills, and each one unlocks once your Rebirth count reaches its threshold. The first two can also be bought with Robux.

The Rebirth requirement works as a threshold, not a price. The Skills menu states this directly: “Purchases don’t decrease rebirths!” Unlocking Wall Break at 3 Rebirths leaves your count at 3, so you can unlock Bomb as soon as you reach 7.
Aura prices and boosts
Auras are multiplier boosts that you buy with cash. The prices climb steeply after the first one.

Flame Aura is the only one most new players can afford early. You can reach $15K within a few minutes of destroying buildings.
How to rebirth for skills
Rebirths are gated by your character level, and you raise your level by training Power. Each rebirth raises the level requirement for the next one.
The multipliers grow quickly. Your first rebirth takes you from 1x Power and 1x Cash to 2x of each. Your second rebirth raises them to 4x Power and 3x Cash. Because Power builds faster after each rebirth, the higher level requirements take less time than they first appear to.
The Rebirth menu notes that rebirthing “resets your Power.” Spend any Power you need before you confirm.
How to earn cash and buy an aura
All cash comes from destroying the block buildings on the map outside the hub. The map resets on a timer, which the HUD shows as “Map Resets In,” and that reset refills the map with fresh buildings to destroy.
Rebirths also raise your Cash multiplier. Two rebirths at 3x Cash bring the $2M Blue Aura within reach much sooner than grinding at 1x.
How to confirm an unlock worked
- Rebirth: The message “You rebirthed! Your boosts have increased.” appears, and the Rebirth menu shows your new multipliers.
- Aura: The aura’s entry in the shop changes from a price to “Equipped.”
- Skill: The skill unlocks at its stand, and your Rebirth count stays the same.
Whichever route you take, rebirths come first. Each one raises your Power and Cash multipliers, which brings you closer to the next skill threshold and also makes every aura cheaper to grind toward. Once you reach 10 Rebirths, all three skills are unlocked.
