99 Nights in the Forest uses codes to grant small amounts of Gems, the premium currency used to unlock classes and reroll talents. Active codes are limited, so claiming them early helps secure extra resources without grinding through multiple nights.

How to redeem codes in 99 Nights in the Forest
Step 1: Launch the game and remain in the lobby before starting a match. Code redemption is not available during normal gameplay.
Step 2: Click the diamond icon in the lower-left corner of the screen or interact with the currency NPC to open the shop menu.
Step 3: Select the Codes button inside the shop interface to open the input field.
Step 4: Enter a working code and press Submit. A successful redemption immediately adds Gems to your balance.
How to use the yay fishing code
Step 1: Start a new solo or multiplayer session and upgrade your campfire to Level 2.
Step 2: Locate the Fishing Shack and pick up an Old Rod.
Step 3: Stand at any fishing spot and begin fishing with the rod equipped.
Step 4: Open the in-game chat by pressing “/”, type yay fishing, and send the message.
Two Gems will appear near your character once the code triggers successfully.
Expired 99 Nights in the Forest codes

Gems earned from codes can be spent immediately on new classes or saved for talent rerolls, both of which directly affect survival across later nights.
