Yoruichi Shihōin and Kisuke Urahara arrive in the Item Shop on August 7, with skins, styles, pickaxes, back blings, and an emote.

The second wave of Fortnite’s Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War crossover adds two new characters to the Item Shop, Yoruichi Shihōin and Kisuke Urahara. Both come with alternate styles, and the drop also carries pickaxes, back blings, weapon wraps, and an emote tied to the pair.

Quick answer: Wave 2 goes live when the Item Shop resets on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET. Open the Item Shop at that time, and the Bleach section will show the Yoruichi and Kisuke outfits along with the rest of the set.

Skins and alternate styles

Both outfits ship with selectable style variants, so you can switch their look from the locker after purchase.

  • Kisuke Urahara includes a hat-on and hat-off style.
  • Yoruichi Shihōin includes a default black outfit style and an orange outfit style.
  • Both characters also come with Lego styles.

Yoruichi’s emote plays a lightning effect and briefly shows cat ears. It does not permanently change the character model.

Every item in the Wave 2 set

Alongside the two outfits, the drop includes two pickaxes, two back blings, two weapon wraps, and an emote. Kisuke’s pickaxe is a cane, and Yoruichi’s is a set of electric claws. The Soul Candy back bling has two styles, Yuki and Chappy, while Yoruichi carries a cape back bling.

Epic Games does not publish prices before cosmetics enter the shop, so the figures below are estimates based on the previous Bleach crossover. Treat them as expected values, not confirmed costs.

The original Bleach bundle was listed at 4,000 V-Bucks, but it packed four characters along with extra wraps, emotes, and a glider. Since Wave 2 centers on just Yoruichi and Kisuke, a lower bundle price is expected, though the exact figure is only confirmed once the set appears in the shop.

How to buy the set and confirm it worked

Launch Fortnite at or after the release time for your region and wait for the daily Item Shop to refresh. The Bleach items appear as a featured section once the reset completes.
Choose either the individual items you want or the bundle. The bundle only saves V-Bucks if you plan to grab most of the cosmetics, so compare the totals before you commit.
Complete the purchase, then open the Locker. Anything you bought shows up under the matching cosmetic category, and outfit style options appear when you select the Yoruichi or Kisuke skin. Seeing the items in the Locker with their styles is how you confirm the purchase went through.

Note: Wave 2 is a limited-time drop tied to Bleach: The Thousand-Year Blood War. If the section is not visible yet, the Item Shop has not reset for your region; wait until the listed time and reload the shop.

Wave 1 introduced Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, and Uryū Ishida back in December 2025, and this follow-up keeps the same structure while expanding the roster with two more fan favorites. Keep an eye on the shop timer for your region so you catch the drop before the rotation moves on.
