Buy each diagram from Kuzmichev in Snezhnograd, then forge the four-star weapon with a Borderland Billet, Rainbowdrop Crystal, and White Iron Chunk.

Snezhnaya adds five free-to-play four-star weapons in Genshin Impact 7.0, one for every weapon type. Each one is tuned around Elemental Reactions and the new Stellar Glimmer reactions, which makes them strong budget picks for the region’s early cast. You unlock them by buying their diagrams from the local blacksmith and then forging them with region materials.

Quick answer: Buy each weapon diagram from Kuzmichev at the Snezhnograd smithy by trading Snezhnaya specialties, learn the diagram from the Precious Items tab in your inventory, then talk to the blacksmith again and forge the weapon using its matching Borderland Billet, 50 Rainbowdrop Crystal, and 50 White Iron Chunk.

The five Snezhnaya craftable weapons

All five are four-star weapons that become available in the workshop once you learn their diagrams. Their passives reward triggering reactions, and most of them keep working even when the wielder is off-field, which suits support roles.

Diagram costs for each weapon

You buy a diagram with Snezhnaya local specialties. Every diagram needs 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal plus two region-specific plants or crystals. All of these materials are found in Snezhnaya, so you can gather them while exploring the map.

Buy the diagram from the Snezhnograd blacksmith

Travel to Snezhnograd and go to the smithy south of the Adventurer’s Guild. Speak with the blacksmith Kuzmichev and choose the option to buy weapons to open the diagram shop.

Return to Kuzmichev and choose the option to have something made. Select the weapon, confirm the materials, and start forging. The forge takes about 10 seconds, after which the finished weapon lands in your inventory.

Every weapon uses the same forging cost aside from the billet type. You need one matching Borderland Billet, plus 50 Rainbowdrop Crystal and 50 White Iron Chunk per weapon. Because craftable weapons can be forged repeatedly, you can make duplicates to raise refinement.

Where to find the materials

The diagram specialties are spread across Snezhnaya, while the forging materials come from bosses and world nodes. Lumifluorite is the tightest resource, so plan your route around it first.

MaterialWhere to gather it
Red BeetAlong the path to Morepesok. Teleport to the Inverted Glacier Domain and head north, near the houses and enemy groups.
RimecurrantAt the foot of the mountain southeast of The Korolevskiy Theater and west of Jack Frost Village, plus the Morepesok path.
GlaciafruitAt the foot of the mountain west of Jack Frost Village. Break the surrounding Prime Ice to reveal three per sprout.
Snowball FlowerFound almost everywhere on the map, including the Red Beet and Glaciafruit routes.
LumifluoriteFloating in the purple spots marked on the map, with only about 50 in the region. Teleport to nearby waypoints.
Rainbowdrop CrystalMainly in Nod-Krai, densest south of Silvermoon Hall, southwest of Starsand Shoal Island, and in the strait south of Amber Lake. Also found in Snezhnaya.
White Iron ChunkCommon in every nation. Stormbearer Mountains and Wolvendom are reliable spots.
Borderland BilletEarned from the Natlan and Nod-Krai weekly bosses.

Note: Rainbowdrop Crystal is needed for both the diagram and the forge, so it is worth marking the mining nodes and topping up from friends’ worlds with their permission.

Once you press start and the forge timer finishes, the four-star weapon appears in your inventory ready to equip and level. If a diagram is greyed out in the workshop, you have not learned it yet from the Precious Items tab, and if the exchange is blocked, you are short on one of the listed specialties.
