In the Tranquility of Cycles is a short World Quest in Snezhnaya that closes out the story of Chulkaturin, the elderly figure trapped inside a wooden cabin drifting on the ice. It only becomes reachable after you finish two earlier quests in the same chain, and it stays hidden in your Quests menu until you physically travel to the cabin’s location.

Where to find the cabin at Tidesong Cavern
The final quest is located at Tidesong Cavern in Snezhnaya, and it will not show up in your Quests menu until you arrive there. If you check the menu beforehand and see nothing, that is expected behavior. Move to the location and the quest becomes active.
What happens when you approach the cabin
The quest is almost entirely a conversation between the Traveler, Paimon, and Chulkaturin. As you talk, the ice platform holding his cabin slowly melts. Chulkaturin refuses every offer to come ashore, explaining that the house is his final resting place and that he has no wish to leave behind the past it carries.
Your dialogue choices do not change the outcome. Whichever options you pick, the exchange ends the same way. Eventually the house stops replying and sinks quietly beneath the water, leaving only floating planks.
How to confirm the quest is complete
The quest completes on its own once the cabin fully submerges. You will see the “Quest Completed: In the Tranquility of Cycles” prompt, along with the achievement “The Cherry Orchard Has Been Sold,” worth five Primogems. The achievement description reads: witness the cabin on the ice turn upside down, fall still, and finally sink.
A Luxurious Chest then appears on the wooden dock where the Traveler and Paimon stood during the conversation. Open it to collect its contents, which can include a Remnant Incense Guide for Fellfrost Peak.

Completing this quest also counts toward Meeting Point: Tidesong Cavern, a task worth six Cryo Sigils that tracks a group of World Quests in the area.
If the quest still is not showing up, the most common reason is order. Confirm that Ever Beneath the Waves is fully cleared before The Sunken Ship Sailed Past, Ringing No Bells, and that the second quest is finished before you head to Tidesong Cavern. Since the final entry only surfaces in the menu once you reach the cabin, travel there directly rather than waiting for it to appear on its own.
