How to Fix Xbox Live Sign-In Error 0xcffff43c

Open the Microsoft Store application on your PC. Once it’s open, navigate to the top-right corner of the window and click on your profile icon.

From the dropdown menu, select your Microsoft account to access account options.

An ‘Account’ window will appear. Click on the ‘Sign out’ button located beneath your account name to log out of the Microsoft Store.
After signing out, close the Microsoft Store completely to ensure the changes take effect.
Reopen the Microsoft Store on your PC. Once open, click on the profile sign-in (+) button at the top-right corner and choose the ‘Sign in’ option from the menu.
