Fortnite Travis Scott Return Release Date

The skin is absent in Chapter 7 Season 4, and no official return date is confirmed.

The skin is absent in Chapter 7 Season 4, and no official return date is confirmed.

Status: Rumored. Travis Scott is not in the current Fortnite Item Shop, and Epic Games has not set a return date or time.

Quick answer: Open the in-game Shop tab and look for Travis Scott or Astro Jack. Neither is listed in Chapter 7 Season 4. The only dated window in circulation is early 2027, tied to a Fortnite OG Chapter 2 Season 2 rerun, and that timing is unofficial.

Last Item Shop window for Travis Scott

Travis Scott and Astro Jack first appeared during the Astronomical event in Chapter 2 Season 2. The paid outfits sat in the Item Shop from April 22 to April 27, 2020, a six-day run that has not been repeated.

That gap now stretches past 2,300 days. Players who attended the April 2020 concert also received the Icon Series Astroworld Cyclone glider for free. Owning that glider does not mean you own the Travis Scott outfit.

Astronomical was one of Fortnite’s largest live shows. The first performance drew 12.3 million players, and the five-show run reached about 27 million in total, with live counts also reported above 20 million.

Chapter 7 Season 4 shop rotation

Chapter 7 Season 4 is live, and the Shop tab is filled with other crossovers. Sonic promotional art is on the featured page. Travis Scott is not in that rotation.

Deeper rows are equally unrelated. Heatwave bundles, Game of Thrones outfits, and Street Fighter cosmetics are the kinds of tiles taking up space while the Icon Series rapper stays offline.

The Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Pass is a separate track. Buying levels there will not unlock Travis Scott, and the pass screen is not where a shop restock would appear.

How to confirm a Travis Scott return

A return is only real when the outfit is offered again in the Item Shop. Locker ownership and concert leftovers are not a restock.

Launch Fortnite and open the Shop tab from the lobby. Stay on Shop rather than Battle Pass or Locker. The featured page is the first place a high-demand Icon Series tile would land.
Scroll every category row and read the outfit names. You are looking for Travis Scott or Astro Jack. If those names are missing, the skin has not returned that day.
Open Locker and select the Character loadout. This only tells you whether the outfit is already on your account from 2020. A missing Travis Scott entry means you never bought it, not that a new listing is live.

While that locker page is open, check the rest of the loadout. The Astroworld Cyclone glider can sit on an account that never purchased Travis Scott. Vehicle and wrap slots will not confirm a shop return either.

You know a return happened when Travis Scott or Astro Jack appears as a purchasable Shop tile with a V-Bucks price. If the Shop still shows unrelated rows, the skin is still vaulted.

Fortnite OG Chapter 2 Season 2 window

The most specific unofficial theory ties the restock to Fortnite OG, not to Chapter 7 Season 4. Fortnite OG is currently on Chapter 1 Season 9. Travis Scott originally shipped in Chapter 2 Season 2, so some players expect the cosmetics to come back when that OG season cycles in.

That OG mode is launched from the Play tab in the lobby. The current Battle Royale Play screen is also where you switch into OG, which is the mode this theory depends on.

The estimate attached to that rerun is early 2027. Epic has not published a Fortnite OG calendar that far ahead, and it has not said the Travis Scott set will ride along with Chapter 2 Season 2. Treat early 2027 as a discussed window, not a lock.

Item Shop file activity and blacklist claims

In late 2024, Item Shop data for Travis Scott was reactivated in game files alongside other rare cosmetics. That led to talk of a 2025 return. 2025 came and went without a live listing, and the outfit is still absent in Chapter 7 Season 4.

A blacklist rumor grew around the same time. Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has said Travis Scott is welcome to come back, and that he does not control Item Shop rotation. File flags and a public welcome are not the same thing as a scheduled restock.

Until Epic puts Travis Scott or Astro Jack on a Shop tile, there is no return release date. Check the Shop tab when you want a hard answer. Early 2027 is only a theory until the game lists a price.
