Clear Override Daily Quests first on any day you log in. They expire. Story Quests stay on the season track, so they can wait if a daily or Thursday list is about to roll.

You know a quest paid out when its checkmark appears and the Battle Pass XP bar moves. An empty daily list after 9 AM ET means that reset was already claimed. A Thursday board that still shows last week’s tasks means you have not taken the new set.
Creative maps and LEGO Fortnite Odyssey XP
After quests and the daily purchase, other modes outpace Battle Royale for leftover leveling. Creative pays more playtime XP. It also carries Daily and Weekly Quests that progress even if you are barely interacting with the island.
Any Creative map can feed playtime XP. You do not need a special island name for the pass to count the time. Pair a session with the Creative Daily & Weekly Quests so the same sit also clears a board.
LEGO Fortnite Odyssey is the other strong playtime mode. You can play it at a slow pace. Stay active enough to avoid an inactivity kick. Move at least once every 15 minutes or the match will drop you and the playtime clock stops.
A practical loop is Creative until its daily or weekly list is empty, then LEGO Fortnite Odyssey for the remaining session. The Battle Pass level number is the check. If the bar is frozen, you were kicked or the playtime window in that mode has stopped awarding.
Sprite extraction XP and Green Hill Zone rings
Sprites and Sonic rings are small match bonuses. They will not replace a missed Thursday board. They do add levels if you treat them as habit during normal Battle Royale games.

Every successful Sprite extraction pays a flat 1,000 XP. That is a weak single hit. A season of extractions still turns into extra Battle Pass levels because the payout never depends on placement.
A Gold Sprite changes elimination math. It gives 3x XP for each elimination. High-kill games are the only place that bonus is worth planning around. Low-kill rotations get more from the extraction payout than from the Gold multiplier.
Green Hill Zone holds Sonic’s Rings. Each ring is a small XP tick. Landing there and sweeping the rings on the way through a match is enough. Do not run a full game just for rings if a daily Station purchase or a Thursday quest is still open.
Override XP reset times
Most of the pass is gated by two clocks. Plan login time around those clocks and the rest of the farm can be flexible.

If the Station sale is missing, the daily reset has not hit yet or you already bought today’s copy. If OverrideXP does nothing, it was already redeemed. If a weekly list looks stale on Thursday afternoon, leave the mode and return so the new board can load.
Protect the 9 AM ET claims first, then the Thursday boards, then spend leftover time in Creative or LEGO Fortnite Odyssey.
