Every Week 2 seasonal challenge in the Override season, from the Pac-Man islands to Dr. Eggman, each paying out 20,000 XP.

Every Week 2 seasonal challenge in the Override season, from the Pac-Man islands to Dr. Eggman, each paying out 20,000 XP.

The Week 2 seasonal quests for Fortnite’s Season 4 Override run add up to five objectives, and each one pays 20,000 XP toward the Battle Pass. They mix map-specific tasks like consuming an item at the Pac-Man islands and searching containers at Heatwave Harbor with combat objectives that push you toward the Mega Buster, a Legendary weapon haul, and a boss fight. Every one can be finished in normal Battle Royale matches, and progress carries across games.

Quick answer: Consume an item at Blinky, Pinky, or Pac-Man Island, open 10 containers at Heatwave Harbor or Wonkeeland, collect three Legendary-or-better weapons, land five hits with the Mega Buster or Midas’ Masterpiece, and defeat Dr. Eggman at Green Hill Zone or Hush at Battlewoods. Each quest completes independently and awards 20,000 XP.

Consume an item at Blinky, Pinky, or Pac-Man Island

This is the fastest quest in the set. The three Pac-Man themed islands, Blinky Island, Pinky Island, and Pac-Man Island, all count, and consuming any item there works. A shield potion, a food item, anything you can eat or drink registers the objective.

Drop onto one of the three Pac-Man islands straight off the Battle Bus.
Open a chest and grab a shield potion or any consumable.
Use the item. The quest ticks to 1/1 and clears the moment the consume finishes.

Search 10 containers at Heatwave Harbor or Wonkeeland

You need to open 10 containers at either Heatwave Harbor or Wonkeeland. Containers include chests, ammo boxes, and cash registers, so anything you loot counts toward the tally. Both spots have dense clusters of buildings, which makes it easy to hit the number without moving far.

Land at Heatwave Harbor or Wonkeeland and start with the buildings closest to your drop.

Open every chest, ammo box, and register you pass. The counter climbs by one per container.
Keep going until you reach 10. Progress saves between matches, so you can finish across two games if the point gets contested.

Collect three Legendary or better weapons

You need three Legendary (orange) or higher weapons in a single quest run, and there are several ways to stack them quickly. Rare chests can drop them, vending machines sell them, and bosses hand them over on defeat. A busy looting spot like Heatwave Harbor pairs well with the container quest, so you can chase both at once.

  • Open chests, prioritizing rare (gold) chests for the higher-rarity rolls.
  • Buy a Legendary weapon, such as a pump shotgun, from a vending machine.
  • Take Legendary drops from a defeated boss.

Once you have picked up three qualifying weapons, the quest completes. They do not need to be collected in the same match.

Hit opponents with the Mega Buster or Midas’ Masterpiece (5)

This quest asks for five hits with one of two special weapons. The Mega Buster turns up in chests, and Midas’ Masterpiece drops from Dr. Eggman. The Mega Buster is the easier route because you can find it while looting rather than waiting to clear a boss.

Find a Mega Buster in a chest, or defeat Dr. Eggman to claim Midas’ Masterpiece.
Land five hits on opponents. Hits register against players, so aim for anyone you engage.

Defeat a Boss: Dr. Eggman or Hush

Two bosses satisfy this objective. Dr. Eggman spawns at Green Hill Zone, and Hush spawns at Battlewoods. You only need one. Dr. Eggman is the more useful target because he drops Midas’ Masterpiece, which feeds directly into the hit quest above.

Drop at Green Hill Zone for Dr. Eggman or at Battlewoods for Hush.

Clear out any nearby players first, since boss areas are contested early.
Defeat the boss. Dr. Eggman drops Midas’ Masterpiece on defeat, and the quest clears.

Every quest confirms completion the same way. The objective shows its final progress value, such as 1/1 or 5/5, and the 20,000 XP is credited immediately in the Quests menu. Finishing all five Week 2 objectives adds 100,000 XP total, moving you several tiers through the Override Battle Pass in one sitting.
