Prisma is the Fortnite Crew outfit for September 2026, and she arrives with a full three-piece kit built around a racing theme. The tagline attached to the skin, “Speed is a spectrum,” sets the tone for a rainbow-haired character whose alternate styles swap her pink-and-yellow racing gear for gold, chrome, holographic, and galaxy finishes. The outfit was first added to Fortnite on 21 August 2026 during Chapter 7 Season 4.
Quick answer: Subscribe to Fortnite Crew at $11.99 per month while September 2026 is still running, then claim the Crew Pack in-game to permanently keep Prisma, the Prisma Wings back bling, and the Rainboard pickaxe.
Everything included in the September Crew Pack
The pack contains three cosmetics, all part of the Prismatic Racer set. Prisma herself is classified as an Epic outfit in the Crew Series, the rarity tier reserved for subscription cosmetics that never appear in the regular Item Shop.
| Item | Type | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Prisma | Outfit | Epic, Crew Series; six styles plus a helmet toggle |
| Prisma Wings | Back Bling | Winged design with a central gauge; matches every legacy color |
| Rainboard | Pickaxe | Surfboard-shaped harvesting tool with matching color styles |
Alongside the cosmetics, an active Crew subscription includes 800 V-Bucks each month and access to the Battle Pass, Music Pass, LEGO Pass, OG Pass, and Rocket League’s Rocket Pass.

The default style leans hard into color. Prisma wears a cropped pink jacket over a yellow top, pink shorts, and sneakers, with multi-colored hair that runs through the full spectrum. It’s an anime-styled character model, and the palette is loud enough that it has split opinion among players, some of whom find the pink-on-pink layering muddy.

Every style can be worn with or without a racing helmet, controlled by a separate Helmet toggle on the outfit screen. The helmet is a full-face design with a tinted visor and a small aerodynamic wing on top, and it recolors to match whichever style you have equipped. Turning it on hides the rainbow hair entirely, which is worth knowing if the hair is the reason you picked the skin.

Prisma also has a LEGO minifigure version, so the outfit carries across into LEGO Fortnite modes.
All six Prisma styles
Beyond the default, Prisma has five legacy styles. These follow the Crew legacy style system rather than being unlocked at purchase, so they become available through the outfit’s own unlock requirements rather than appearing all at once. Each one changes the outfit material and the hair color together.
| Style | Appearance |
|---|---|
| Prisma | Pink jacket, yellow top, pink shorts, rainbow hair |
| Darkmode Legacy | Black and purple gear with glowing purple accents; black and white hair |
| Auric Legacy | Metallic gold outfit with a blonde ponytail |
| Phase Legacy | Iridescent holographic cyan and purple finish; purple hair |
| Rimebound Legacy | Cyan and silver metallic gear; mint green hair |
| Cosmic Legacy | Galaxy texture across the outfit and hair |
Prisma Wings back bling and the Rainboard pickaxe
Prisma Wings is a compact winged back bling with a gauge set into the center of the frame, reading like a speedometer strapped to your back. It ships with the same set of legacy color variants as the outfit, so a gold or galaxy Prisma keeps a matching pair of wings.

The Rainboard is a surfboard-shaped pickaxe with its own swing and equip animations. It also mirrors the legacy palette, running from the base rainbow finish through Darkmode, Auric, Phase, Rimebound, and Cosmic, so the whole set stays visually consistent no matter which style you settle on.

How to claim the Prisma Crew Pack
Note: the pack is tied to the account with the active subscription, not to a platform. If the items don’t show up, the usual cause is that the subscription is not yet active on the account you’re playing on.
What happens after September ends
Crew Packs are claimable only during their release month. Once the window closes, new subscribers can no longer get that month’s pack, and it doesn’t rotate into the Item Shop later. Anyone who claimed Prisma keeps her permanently, even if they cancel Crew afterward.
That one-month rule is why the Crew catalog has become so hard to complete. Epic has released 70 exclusive Crew outfits across 69 months since the service launched with Galaxia in December 2020, with August 2023 standing as the only month to ship two skins at once, Princess Lexa and Prince Orin. Prisma joins that list as the September 2026 entry, and once the calendar turns, she stops being obtainable for good.
