The newest addition to Find the BRAINROT MORPHS is not standing out in the open like most of the roster. The red train character sits inside a sealed underground room, and the only way in is to carry a TNT box to a marked patch of dirt and blow the ground open. The whole sequence takes under a minute once you know the route.
Quick answer: Bounce off the trampoline in the grassy area outside spawn, grab the red TNT box from the elevated grey platform, carry it to the dirt patch marked with white X’s near the tree, place it, then drop through the hole and touch the red train character.
Unlock the secret train morph with TNT

PLACE TNT prompt. The box drops, detonates on its own after a short delay, and the explosion tears an opening in the ground.

How to confirm the morph unlocked
The COLLECTED counter in the corner of the screen ticks up by one the moment you touch the train, with 172 as the current total in the collection. Once that number moves, the morph is saved to your account and appears in the Morphs menu, so you can equip it again later without repeating the TNT sequence.
Equipping it turns your avatar into the red train character, complete with fire effects during movement. Hitting Reset or selecting your default avatar from the menu puts you back to normal.
Why the TNT does not open the hole
Only two things reliably stop this from working. The first is placing the charge on the wrong ground, since the explosion is scripted to the dirt patch with the white X markings and nowhere else. The second is losing the TNT on the way down, which happens if you reset your character or die mid-route, and the box has to be picked up again from the platform.
Note: the TNT box is the gate here, not the hole. If someone else on the server has already blown the ground open, you can drop in and collect the train without carrying anything.
Secret morphs like this one tend to sit behind a small interaction rather than a long obby, and the TNT dig is a recurring pattern in the game. If your counter is short of 172, it is worth checking the Morphs menu for the greyed-out entries first, then working out which of them are buried rather than out in the open.
