Half of Roblox runs on the same motion: click, click, click. Hatching eggs, collecting coins, lifting weights, tapping a collect button in a tycoon. An auto clicker takes that motion off your hand and hands it to your computer, sending the exact same left clicks you would send yourself, just at a steady rate you choose.
Quick answer: Install a free auto clicker such as ExoPanda Auto Clicker, set the mouse button to Left and the click interval to 100ms–200ms, choose Toggle as the trigger, then focus the Roblox window and press your start hotkey with the cursor over the in-game button.
Install a free Roblox auto clicker on Windows or Mac
ExoPanda Auto Clicker is free, runs on both Windows and macOS, and covers the four controls that matter for Roblox: mouse button, click interval, trigger mode, and a custom keybind. It also shows live click stats and supports randomized intervals.

Add to Google Preferences →Click interval settings by Roblox game type
The interval is the whole game here. Set it too fast and a simulator that throttles input will silently drop most of your clicks. Set it too slow in a tycoon and you waste half your clicks on a button that is still on cooldown. Match the number to what the game actually does.
| Game type | Click interval | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Clicker simulators | 100ms – 200ms | Most simulators register rapid clicks, so a fast, steady rate pays off. |
| Pet hatching and collecting | 200ms – 500ms | Long sessions on one hatch or collect button; consistency beats speed. |
| Tycoon games | 500ms – 1000ms | Upgrade timers and cooldowns mean faster clicking is wasted input. |
| Idle progression | 1000ms – 2000ms | Matches the game’s own pace and keeps system load down over hours. |
| Any multiplayer server | 50ms floor | Do not go below this. Unnaturally fast input is what gets flagged. |
Clicks per second is the same number read backwards, which is how most players talk about it. A 100ms interval is roughly 10 CPS. Staying at or above a 50ms gap keeps you under about 20 clicks per second, which is inside the range a fast human hand could plausibly produce.
Toggle vs Hold, hotkeys, and where the clicks land
Toggle means one press starts it and another press stops it. That is what you want for AFK farming, because you can walk away. Hold only clicks while the key is physically held down, which suits short bursts where you want the clicking to end the instant you let go.
Pick a hotkey you will never hit by accident during play. Function keys are the safe choice, and F6 is the default in most of these tools. Whatever you choose, know your stop key before you start a long session, not after.
Then decide where the clicks go. Click-at-cursor sends them wherever your pointer sits, so you can still aim and move. A fixed point locks them to one screen coordinate, which is better for a hatch or collect button that never shifts. If your clicker offers a Pick Position control, keep the Roblox window open and in focus while you set it, or you will lock onto the wrong coordinate.
Confirm the auto clicker is registering in Roblox
Load fully into the experience before you press start. Then watch the first five to ten seconds. You are looking for the in-game number to move on its own, the counter you are farming ticking up, an egg opening, a quest reward popping. The clicker’s own state readout or click counter tells you it is firing; only the game screen tells you the clicks are actually landing.

When nothing happens, it is almost always one of four things. The Roblox window was not the focused window when you started. The game had not finished loading. The interval is fast enough that the game is ignoring most of the input, in which case slow it to 150ms–200ms. Or the fixed position is pointing at a coordinate the button has since moved away from.
Note: if you alt-tab while a toggle-mode clicker is still running, it keeps clicking on whatever is now in front of you. Stop it before you switch windows, or use a tool that only fires while Roblox is the active window.
Where auto clicking is allowed on Roblox
Roblox’s terms of service prohibit automation tools that hand you an unfair advantage over other players in competitive settings. That is the platform-level line, and it is worth reading before you run any third-party tool.
Underneath that, every experience sets its own rules. Idle, AFK and simulator games are largely single-player progression loops with no competitive element and no anti-cheat watching, and auto clicking is common and widely tolerated there. Competitive experiences are the opposite, and plenty of them run their own detection and their own penalties, from a kick to a ban inside that game.
An auto clicker does not inject code, edit game files, or read memory. It replays mouse input at the operating system level, which is the same thing accessibility software does, and it is also why antivirus tools sometimes flag these apps as a false positive. None of that exempts you from a specific game’s rules. Check the experience description or its community before you run one, and skip it entirely anywhere automation is prohibited.
Other free auto clickers that work with Roblox
Different Roblox loops need different tools. A clicker that only fires at one point is useless in a game where you have to walk between a plot and a sell counter, and a macro recorder is overkill if you just need to spam a hatch button.
| Tool | Platform | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| OP Auto Clicker | Windows, Mac | Millisecond intervals, single/double/triple click, F6 default hotkey. Stand-and-click farming. |
| TinyTask | Windows | Records full mouse and keyboard sequences, so it handles multi-step loops with movement. |
| AutoHotkey | Windows | Scripted randomized intervals and mouse jitter, if you are comfortable editing code. |
| GS Auto Clicker | Windows | Press F8 and it clicks. Almost nothing to configure wrong. |
| Roblox Auto Clicker Pro | Windows | Only sends clicks while the Roblox window is in the foreground; open source. |
| Forge Auto Clicker | Windows | Left/right/middle button selection, window targeting, F6 start and F4 stop. |
Whichever you pick, download it from the publisher’s own site. The junk versions of these tools are the ones that arrive with a download manager, a toolbar, or a stream of ads attached, and a clean auto clicker installs the app and nothing else.
Set expectations honestly. An auto clicker will not give you currency you did not earn or unlock anything on its own, because all it does is repeat a click you could have made by hand. What it buys you is your wrist back on a game built around ten thousand identical taps, and if you keep the interval sane and stick to experiences that allow it, that is all it needs to do.
