Almost every exploit in Steal An Egg comes down to one thing: the server assumes you are connected and standing where it left you. Break that assumption for a few seconds and the game hands you free positioning, free hatches, and bosses that stop chasing. The rest are timing tricks built on top of that same idea.
Quick answer: Disconnect your internet the instant the night timer hits zero, wait for the day transition to finish, then reconnect. The server’s teleport back to the Safe Zone skips you, and you stay standing in whatever biome you were in.
Night reset bypass: stay in a biome after night ends
When night ends, everyone gets pulled back to the Safe Zone. That reset is what stops players from camping late-game biomes like Abyss Ocean, Prehistoric, Cosmic, Cherry Blossom, and Titan Temple all day. If your client is frozen or offline at the exact moment the reset fires, the teleport never lands on you, and you keep your spot with a head start on every rare egg that spawns nearby.
There is a mouse-only version of the same freeze on PC. Click and hold the title bar at the top of the Roblox window for around 15 to 20 seconds across the night-to-day transition. Holding the window stalls the client, the reset passes, and you release to find yourself still in the biome.

The wall phase is the least reliable of the three. Jumping sideways into the boundary wall during the countdown can push you through it when the server lags slightly, letting you slip past the Safe Zone edge early. It fails often, and it depends on server conditions you cannot control.
Boss glitches: corner traps and permanently sleeping bosses
Bosses chase whoever is holding a stolen egg, and their pathing breaks against tight wall geometry. The Titan Temple corners are the reliable spot. Lead the boss in while carrying an egg, drop the egg into the corner, and the boss commits to a path it cannot finish — it wedges into the wall, tips over, or gets flung off the map entirely.
The same corner drop has been used on the whale boss, the Cosmic boss, the dinosaur boss, the Kitsune, and the Gorilla King. Using a huge egg as the bait holds the Gorilla King in place for around five minutes, which is long enough to clear an area at your own pace. Hiding behind the temple wall structure also freezes the Kitsune’s pathing without any egg involved.
A cleaner version removes the boss from the equation for good. Start a steal on the Cosmic boss, and the moment the steal bar fills, cut your internet. Run across your base line while offline, then reconnect. The boss stays asleep permanently for that server, so the area is free to farm.
Note: trapped bosses are not always trapped forever. They can teleport back to their patrol position on their own, and if a boss falls out of bounds it simply respawns in place. Treat a wall trap as a timer, not a permanent state.
Disconnect duplication: eggs, offline coins, mutations, and chests
The server saves your inventory a beat after it plays the animation. Cutting the connection inside that gap means the visual result happens while the item is never removed from your save. Rejoining restores the pre-action state with the reward attached.

The mutation reroll is the most useful of the set, because it turns one egg into unlimited attempts at a better roll. Hatch, disconnect before the pet registers, rejoin, and check the plot — if the egg is sitting there ready to hatch again, it worked.
Parasite eggs are the fuel for the Hungry Monster loop, and they are easy to miss from a distance. Zooming the camera all the way into your avatar’s head puts you in first person, which makes the small purple mutation marker on a pedestal visible from across the map.
One method has not held up under testing. Placing an egg on your plot, waiting for the 30x night growth multiplier, and paying Robux for Instant Hatch at the exact second night begins is supposed to produce a duplicate pet, but it does not reproduce reliably. Since it costs Robux to attempt, it is not worth chasing.
Server hopping for uncontested rare eggs
Rare eggs spawn on a server timer regardless of how many people are in the lobby. In a full server, other players clear them within seconds. In a two-player server, they sit untouched. Sorting for empty servers is the highest-value habit in the game and requires no exploit at all.
There is a heavier version of this. Running seven alternate accounts through the BlueStacks Multi-Instance Manager fills every remaining slot in a server, which effectively locks it to you and guarantees uncontested spawns such as a Volcanic Secret Egg. It works, but it takes a machine that can run eight clients at once.
AFK farming speed and coins past the idle kick
Steal An Egg disconnects you after 20 minutes without input. An auto-clicker defeats that timer, and where you park your character decides what you earn while away. OP Auto Clicker 1.1 is the tool used for both setups.
- Stand on the treadmill and leave the auto-clicker running to farm speed indefinitely.
- Stand inside your pet plot instead to keep collecting online and offline coin earnings without interruption.
You will know it is holding when you return and the session is still live rather than sitting on a disconnect prompt. Coin totals climbing into the billions and trillions are normal for a long unattended run.
Movement glitches: treadmill launch and thin-tall parkour
Placing your treadmill directly beside the Fuse Machine sets up a launch. Walk onto the belt, spam the jump button, then jump onto the machine — the collision between the moving belt and the static object flings your character across the map.
The other movement trick needs an avatar change outside the game. Equip the Super Thin Tall (Fixed) bundle, then push Height, Width, Head, and Proportions to their maximum in the Avatar Editor. The narrow, elongated hitbox allows a double-jump parkour route onto the top of the Titan Temple wall, putting you above the Gorilla King where it cannot reach you. The jump is finicky and usually takes several attempts, and a friend pulling the boss away makes it far easier.
Knockback is worth knowing for the same reason. Bats hit with different force depending on the area — the Prehistoric bat sends players significantly further than the Volcano bat, which changes how much room you need when running an egg out.
Fuse Machine: luck versus pet weight
Fusing is widely misunderstood. Putting three pets into the Fuse Machine raises luck, not size, so fusing three La Vacca Saturno Saturnita pets returns a low-weight result no matter how good the inputs look. If you want a heavy pet, the input weight is what carries over — fusing three heavy Mosasaurus pets produces a high-weight egg, and paying for Instant Hatch on it delivers a genuinely massive pet.
Why these glitches stop working
Every one of these relies on unintended behavior, and updates close them. The most common failure points are timing rather than the method itself.
- Cutting the connection too early or too late misses the reset window entirely and drops you at the Safe Zone.
- Reconnecting before the day transition finishes lets the teleport catch you.
- Rejoining after the hatch has already registered means the pet is in your inventory and there is nothing left to reroll.
- A trapped boss that falls out of bounds respawns at full health in its original position.
New content pushes are the usual patch point, and the game announces them through in-game Join Event popups. No official date for the next update has been confirmed, so the practical approach is to test one glitch on a low-stakes egg after any update lands before building a farming session around it.
