Farm open-world Incursions for 100 Adventurer Alliance Coins, then trade them in Babylon for a costume box.

The blindfold accessory in Architect: Land of Exiles costs nothing but time. It comes out of a random costume box sold by a merchant in Babylon, and the only currency that merchant takes is Adventurer Alliance Coins, which drop from open-world Incursion events.

Quick answer: Clear Incursions until you hold 100 Adventurer Alliance Coins, travel to Babylon, buy the random costume box from the Adventurer’s Alliance Guild Coin Shop merchant, open it in your inventory, and equip the blindfold from the Decoration menu.

What the blindfold costs and what it does

The blindfold is an accessory slot cosmetic that carries a real stat line of +5 Skill Accuracy, so it is not purely decorative. It arrives inside a random costume box, which means the box can roll other contents as well. There is no single guaranteed purchase for the blindfold itself.

Where Adventurer Alliance Coins come from

Incursions are open-world PvE events that appear at random points across the map with a 10-minute timer attached. Open the Abandoned Land map to see which zones currently have one running and how long is left on it. The Scything Barrens is one of the areas where they spawn, and its Flame Incursion is an elemental version packed with Kuduru enemies.

Every completed Incursion pays out three things worth holding on to. Alliance Coins are the ones you need here, but the other two matter for gear progression.

How to clear an Incursion solo

Check the Abandoned Land map for an active Incursion and travel to it before the timer runs down. The event is already in progress when you arrive, so the earlier you get there the more waves you can contribute to.
Fight through the first five waves of mobs. In the Scything Barrens Flame Incursion these are Kuduru enemies, including Overseers and Executioners, and they arrive in steadily larger groups.

Beat wave six, the boss wave, which puts the Kuduru Great Warrior in front of you. Watch the ground for red attack indicators and use your dash to leave the marked area before the hit lands.
Stay until the event resolves and collect the completion rewards. The screen confirms it with a “Stop Incursion Success” message alongside your Contribution Rank, and the coins land in your inventory.

Note: One Incursion will not cover the 100-coin price. Repeat events as they appear on the map until your Adventurer Alliance Coin count reaches the threshold.

Buying and equipping the costume in Babylon

Teleport to Babylon once you have the coins. This is the city where both the vending machines and the coin shop merchant are located.
Find the Adventurer’s Alliance Guild Coin Shop merchant and open the shop with the interaction prompt that appears when you stand close enough.

Standing next to the Coin Shop brings up the prompt to open the merchant’s stock.
Buy the random costume box for 100 Adventurer Alliance Coins. The same merchant also stocks cards and vending machine tokens, so check you have selected the costume box before confirming.
Open the box from your inventory. The blindfold accessory unlocks on the spot, and you equip it through the Decoration menu.

You know it worked when the blindfold appears as an owned accessory in the Decoration menu and your character model shows it after equipping. The +5 Skill Accuracy line is visible on the item itself.

The vending machines are a separate track

Vending Machine Tokens from Incursions feed the standard Vending Machine in Babylon, which you can pull from ten at a time. Its pool covers upgrade materials, cards and costume boxes, so it is a second, less reliable route to cosmetics rather than a replacement for the coin shop.

The Giant’s Vending Machine sits alongside it and uses its own Giant’s Vending Machine Tokens. Its rewards are better, but it only accepts pulls during set activation windows on a recurring weekly schedule, such as Tuesdays at 21:30, and stays closed outside them.

If the blindfold is the only thing you are after, ignore the machines and spend everything at the coin shop. Incursions keep rotating around the Abandoned Land, the coin payout is guaranteed on completion, and 100 coins is the entire barrier between you and a free accessory that also adds a small accuracy bonus.
