Badges in It’s Buddy Roleplay are not earned through tasks or timers. Each one is tied to a single object or figure somewhere on the map, and touching it awards the badge instantly. Several of those objects sit behind teleports or only appear at night, which is why players often finish the map without triggering a single one.
Quick answer: Touch these six trigger points to collect the badges — the purple train cabin in the front yard, the green face hidden in the bush by the fence, the white TV screen in the classroom below the well, the lit campfire in the dark outdoor area, the red axe stuck in a forest tree, and the shadow figure behind the house at night.

Add to Google Preferences →Yard badges: Golden Unicorn and Uncanny
Both of the easiest badges sit within a short walk of the spawn area, and neither needs a teleport.

The house, treehouse, and Nurse building all use interaction prompts rather than open doors. Standing close enough shows a label such as “Enter House Teleport” or “Enter Nurse Teleport”, and you press the highlighted key to move through. None of these buildings holds a badge on their own, but the prompts are how you move between the map’s separate areas.

Down the well: Unicorns Unite and Evil Desires
These two badges chain together. The well in the yard leads to a basement, the basement opens into a school hallway, and a classroom TV inside that hallway drops you into the dark area holding the second trigger.

Note: standing next to the campfire is not enough. Your character has to move into the fire itself for the badge to register.
Blocky Buddy badge in the forest behind the fence
Past the fence line at the back of the map is a wooded area you can walk into freely during the day. Search the tree trunks until you spot a red axe buried in one of them. Touching the axe awards the Blocky Buddy badge — there is no puzzle or prerequisite attached to it.
The Darkness badge only spawns at night
The last trigger is on a day–night cycle. Once the server switches to night, walk around to the back of the main house. A dark, shadowy figure stands there in the open. Touch it and The Darkness badge is awarded.
If nothing is behind the house, it is still daytime on that server. Keep playing until the lighting changes rather than rejoining, since the figure does not appear during the day.
How to confirm a badge unlocked
Each successful trigger shows a “Badge Awarded” banner on screen with the badge name next to it, such as “Badge Awarded | Golden Unicorn”. If the banner does not appear, the badge did not register and you can re-touch the object.
The three most common reasons a badge fails to trigger are simple. You stopped short of the TV screen instead of walking into it, you stood beside the campfire rather than inside it, or you looked for the shadow figure while the server was still in daytime.
Morphs unlocked by badges
Badges feed directly into the morph list. Open the MORPHS button on the left-side menu and the characters you have earned appear alongside the ones everybody starts with.

| Type | Characters |
|---|---|
| Badge morphs | Benny, Blocky Buddy, Bobby, Dark Buddy, Evil Betty, Golden Buddy, Uncanny Buddy |
| Free for all players | Willie, Hannah, Josh, Wade, Oliver, Freddy, Buddy |
Morphs are not cosmetic-only. Selecting one changes your model and gives you its own set of held items and actions, with tools such as an Axe, Machete, Flashlight, Book, Lighter, and Apple appearing depending on the character, plus prompts like Bite and Attack. Blocky Buddy carries an extra toggle that flips between “Switch to Crazy Buddy” and “Switch to Normal Buddy”, changing its appearance without leaving the morph.

Since every trigger is a fixed object rather than a random spawn, the whole set can be cleared in one session as long as you are willing to wait out the day–night cycle for the figure behind the house. Collect the yard and forest badges first, run the well route for the pair below ground, and leave The Darkness for after the lights go out.
