Level 60 is the number that matters in +1 Tongue Escape, the incremental obby from the dot x ast group on Roblox. It is the recommended level printed on Stage 8, and it is roughly the point where your tongue is long enough to bridge several earlier stages in a single launch instead of grinding each gap platform by platform.
Quick answer: Stand on a treadmill until the Rebirth prompt lights up, rebirth to raise your tongue multiplier one step (x1.00 to x1.50, then x2.00, x2.50 and upward), re-train immediately, and equip the highest +X/Tongue tongue you own. Repeat that loop through the x4.00 multiplier and Level 60 arrives well before Stage 8 becomes a problem.
How levels and tongue length work
Your level is a direct readout of tongue reach. Every level adds length, and length is the only thing that decides whether a gap is crossable. You extend the tongue toward a surface, it sticks, and you slide along it like a rail. Miss the surface and you fall into the void, which sends you back to the start of the run.
Levels come from the treadmills in the lobby. Step on the pad and your character runs in place while the level counter ticks up. The white starter treadmill is slow. The x2 Tongue treadmill doubles the rate, and higher-tier trainer pads sit behind Robux or VIP access. Tongue gained per tick is multiplied by two things at once, your rebirth multiplier and whichever tongue skin you have equipped.

Add to Google Preferences →Rebirth multipliers and when to pull the trigger
Rebirth resets your level back to 1 and raises a permanent multiplier in 0.50 steps. That trade looks bad the first time you do it and stops looking bad about ten seconds later, because the re-climb to your old level takes a fraction of the original time. The Rebirth window also lists the tongue requirement for the next tier, so you always know how much further you need to train.
| Rebirth | Tongue multiplier |
|---|---|
| Starting state | x1.00 |
| First | x1.50 |
| Second | x2.00 |
| Third | x2.50 |
| Fourth | x3.00 |
| Fifth | x3.50 |
| Sixth | x4.00 |
| Seventh | x4.50 |
Rebirth the moment the requirement is met. Sitting at Level 31 on a x2.00 multiplier earns less per second than sitting at Level 5 on a x2.50, and the gap widens with every tier. The multiplier shown in the Rebirth window updates instantly, which is your confirmation the reset registered.
Trainers, Fast Train, and tongue multiplier passes
Trainers are the paid speed layer on top of the free treadmills. The Golden Trainer is the cheap entry point, and the ladder climbs through progressively faster pads to the Hacker Trainer, which is fast enough to jump a fresh Level 1 character into the fifties in one sitting. Fast Train shortens the click-prompt cycle on the treadmill so each training burst resolves quicker.
Separate from the trainers are the flat tongue multiplier passes, sold as 2X Tongue through 5X Tongue, plus 2X Wins for stage payouts and the Blue Beam Tongue cosmetic. These stack with your rebirth multiplier rather than replacing it, so a x3.00 rebirth with 2X Tongue equipped grows six times faster than a fresh account on the same pad.
Note: none of this is required to hit Level 60. It only changes how many minutes the climb takes.
Tongue upgrades to equip as you level
The lobby shop sells tongues that add a flat bonus to every stretch. Equipping a better one is the single cheapest upgrade in the game, and there is no reason to keep the default once you can afford a replacement. Gummy, Slime and Lava tongues also appear in the catalog alongside the numbered tiers.
| Tongue | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Blueberry Tongue | +2 per tongue |
| Emerald Tongue | +5 per tongue |
| Ruby Tongue | +6 per tongue |
| Crystal Tongue | +8 per tongue |
Trails are cosmetic only. The Purple Trail and Rainbow Trail are bought with Wins, with the Rainbow Trail listed at 125 Wins, and neither affects reach or speed.

Recommended level for every stage
Each stage entrance displays a recommended level. Treat it as a hard floor rather than a suggestion, because the numbers describe the tongue length needed to reach the next anchor point. Arriving under-leveled means your tongue physically stops short of the platform.
| Stage | Recommended Level |
|---|---|
| Stage 1 | Starting area |
| Stage 2 | 5 |
| Stage 3 | 10 |
| Stage 4 | 20 |
| Stage 5 | 30 |
| Stage 6 | 40 |
| Stage 7 | 50 |
| Stage 8 | 60 |
| Stage 9 | 70 |
| Stage 10 | 80 |
| Stage 11 | 90 |
| Stage 12 | 100 |
Win pads sit at the end of each stage and scale with depth. Early clears hand out single-digit Wins, Stage 4 pays +10 Wins, Stage 6 has pads worth +20 and +40 Wins, and Stage 9 carries a +150 Wins pad. Wins unlock trails, areas and upgrades, so deeper runs pay for themselves.
The Level 1 to 60 route

Free tongue and Wins while you train
Playtime Rewards run on a timer in the lobby HUD and pay out tongue and Wins for staying in the server. The gift icon shows a countdown, and claiming as soon as it hits zero keeps the chain moving. Payouts start small, at +120 Tongue on the early tiers, and scale into Wins bundles worth 200 the longer a session runs.

There are no verified public promo codes. The official experience page directs players to like the game and join the group for rewards instead, and that remains the only confirmed free bonus outside the daily and playtime timers. A Starter Pack offering +25,000 Tongue and +50 Wins is sold separately in the shop.
Why runs fail before Stage 8
Three things end runs. Attempting a stage under its recommended level means the tongue stops short of the next anchor and you drop. Missing a ledge on the vertical ascents in Stage 7 and Stage 8 drops you into the void, which returns you to the start unless you use the revive prompt. And aiming at plain geometry instead of a honeycomb surface produces no latch at all, since only those walls accept a vertical stick.
A completed stage is unmistakable. The finish area triggers a confetti burst, the win pad adds its listed amount to your Wins counter, and the next stage entrance becomes reachable. If the counter does not move, the pad was not touched.
Servers hold 16 players and everyone shares the same map, but tongue length is personal, so nobody else’s progress affects your reach. The game launched on 11 August 2026 and is still receiving updates, which means stage layouts and shop pricing can shift between patches. The recommended level printed at each entrance stays the reliable gate check.
