Find the Brainrot [596]: How to Get Coneman

The exact cone, button, and green room that unlock the Coneman secret character, plus how to confirm the index entry.

The exact cone, button, and green room that unlock the Coneman secret character, plus how to confirm the index entry.

Coneman is one of the Secret-tier characters in Find the Brainrot, and its index clue is deliberately unhelpful: “You just need to find a cone on the map and try to figure it out.” There is no obby, no code, and no puzzle attached to it. The whole unlock comes down to one traffic cone near spawn and a red pressure button sitting on the ground beside it.

Quick answer: Run to the back of the purple Taco Lucky Block building near spawn, stand on the red button next to the orange traffic cone, and touch the giant Coneman in the green room you get teleported into.

Coneman index entry and unlock conditions

Nothing needs to be purchased or pre-unlocked for this one. You do not need a game pass, a minimum brainrot count, or a specific server event. The trigger is a static object in the overworld, so it works on any server at any time.

Where the cone is on the map

The cone is much closer to spawn than most Secret characters. From the spawn carpet, head straight past the opening area toward the purple building marked as the Taco Lucky Block. The relevant spot is behind it, not on the side facing spawn, which is the main reason players walk past the cone dozens of times without noticing it.

The white circle on the ground for the Grapple Hook purchase is your best landmark. The cone sits right next to that circle, and the red button is on the floor immediately beside the cone.

How to unlock Coneman

Spawn in and run forward past the starting area toward the purple Taco Lucky Block building. Keep to ground level; there is no climbing involved here.
Circle around to the rear of that building and look for the Grapple Hook purchase circle on the ground. The orange traffic cone is parked right next to it.

Walk onto the small red button set into the ground beside the cone. Simply standing on it is enough, and the teleport fires almost instantly.
You will land in a plain green room with an oversized Coneman model in it. Walk into the model to collect it.

Tip: The Grapple Hook is only useful here as a visual marker. You do not need to own it to reach the cone or the button.

How to confirm Coneman unlocked

Touching the model produces an on-screen “YOU FOUND!” notification along with the “A SECRET brainrot has appeared?!” banner. Your collected counter also ticks up by one, so a run that took you from 336/461 to 337/461 is confirmation the entry saved.

For a second check, open the index and find the Coneman card. Before the unlock it shows only the Secret tag and the cone hint, with a “Better Hint” option available. After collecting, the entry fills in and the character becomes usable as a morph back in the lobby.

Why the teleport does not trigger

Two things account for nearly every failed attempt. The first is the wrong cone. Cones appear as decoration elsewhere on the map, and only the one behind the purple Taco Lucky Block building has a red button paired with it. If there is no button on the ground, you are at the wrong cone.

The second is not making contact with the model. Arriving in the green room does not award anything on its own; you have to physically run into the giant Coneman. If you drift to the edge of the room or get teleported back out, step on the red button again and repeat.

Once the entry is registered it stays on your account permanently, so there is no need to repeat the trip on future servers. Coneman is one of the cheapest Secret entries in the game to add to your index, and clearing it early frees you up for the far longer questlines and obby-gated characters elsewhere on the map.
