Quick answer: Ritual Wine is a pickup in Mirage Estate near the Training Grounds bell. At Lv 1 it increases Burn, Paralysis, Freeze, and Bleed buildup rate by 50% for 15 seconds and restores 20% HP.

Where to find Ritual Wine

Ritual Wine serves as a remedy, a healing item assigned to a medicine slot. Find it in Mirage Estate near the Training Grounds bell, either as a reward or a world pickup.

  • Region: Mirage Estate
  • Nearest bell: Training Grounds
  • How it is obtained: reward or pickup in the world

Rest at the Training Grounds bell first, so a death returns you nearby. The Mirage Estate interactive map displays the entire region and marks all the bells.

Ritual Wine effect and description

At Lv 1, the item card lists this effect: “Increases Burn, Paralysis, Freeze, and Bleed buildup rate by 50% for 15 seconds and restores 20% HP.”

The description reads:

“Before every performance, wine was poured in offering: first to pray for blessings from gods and spirits, then for the peace and well-being of the audience. But ever since the Estate changed hands, the ritualists have never removed their Nuo Masks, and the spirits within have grown ever more rampant with each exorcism.”

What Ritual Wine is good for

Ritual Wine speeds up Burn, Paralysis, Freeze, and Bleed buildup for a short window and heals you at the same time. That makes it a fit for weapons and Phantom Edges that inflict those effects, such as the Bleed weapon Jagged Steel.
