Who Loveless is
Loveless arrives as one of the two new Vault Hunters added to Borderlands 4 through paid post-launch content. Her backstory casts her as an ex-Anshin hacker turned assassin who shares her mind with a digital virus, one that can digistruct into a physical form to fight alongside her.
Her signature trait is RAM. Landing critical hits or applying status effects fills a RAM bar, and once it is full, her melee attack becomes empowered with a large damage boost before consuming the meter. The fuller the bar sits, the more bonus gun damage she deals, and RAM drains away over time if she stops building it.
Like the rest of the cast, Loveless has three Action Skills and three branching skill trees to shape her build. One early nickname making the rounds sums up the reception bluntly, with a player calling her “hot Zer0” — a nod to the fan-favorite assassin from earlier games.
